We be interesting to see who we play in our last PSF at the Valley.
Hopefully, someone more "interesting" than Portsmouth.
Maybe invite Inter or PSG depending on who wins on Saturday!!!! The worst outcome is that they tell us to do one.
I mean surely we still have that special relationship with Inter, maybe we’ll finally sign Robbie Keane too…
He’s just won the Hungarian title as manager of Ferencvaros over the weekend. He now has that and an Israeli title on his managerial cv. Maybe we can invite Ferencvaros for the final game at the valley!
My understanding is Ferencvaros are the Millwall of Hungary, which made it brilliant that when Millwall qualified for Europe by getting to the FA Cup final 20 years ago they drew - Ferencvaros ! My memory tells me that as well losing on the pitch Millwall lost off it too.
In the past I have enjoyed the pre season fixtures against unusual opposition most - New Zealand, Inverness C.T at the Valley with the 1991 tour of Scotland a highlight, Sittingbourne, Dorchester, Bashley away. Two pre-season regrets - not going to Valencia and Hibs away and the Celtic game being behind closed doors at a training camp rather than at Parkhead.
Whatever pre-season comprises this year, in NJ and the management team we trust

My cousins went. And so did Front magazine and they tell a different story!
I very much doubt it will be a team from our Division.
With 1&2 starting a week earlier, it has to be a Premier team, or one from abroad, including Scottish teams.
Maybe Dundee, given the tenuous fans link. It will also give us a chance to abuse Fraser and sweeten the taste of us taking Mulligan from them for zilch.
