Now some of the news outlets are saying that the Barry deal may be off as Hull does not have the financial resources to pay the various parties.
Charlton to swoop in last minute.
More chance of us signing Barry from Eastenders
    We’re gonna do it anywayyyy

Didn't Hull loan Barry in January before he got injured?

Really surprised he would sign permanently for them.
played just 4 games for Hull, suffered a knee cartilage injury (ouch), then returned to Villa for treatment .. I guess his move depends on who else is interested in signing him, and how much he's getting paid

Apparently £4.5m spent on a RB - this is what we’re up against!

Shows how important it is to be an established championship side so you can make signings like this.

Their owner isn't even that wealthy in the grand scheme of football.

Cov probably have a  massive sell on coming for Viktor Gyorkeres too if he leaves Sporting. They're not afraid to get the chequebook out.

All we need to focus on this season is finishing above 4 teams. Think Cov will be top 4 this season.

Maybe not but they’ve sold over 20 thousand season ticket’s this year.

That is what I am getting at, longevity in this league sees your players value increase (bigger fees), your attendances increase (more interest, more money) and in general players are more likely to join.

Yo-yo sides never grow. It's stating the obvious but it's no surprise to me they can afford that.

He was 3rd choice at Leicester and their fans are offering to drive him to Wrexham. He fits their  over 30 buying policy so could be a runner.

I hope we see Beadle back here one day. 6'7, one of our own and apparently he comes from a good family, all Charlton?

One day maybe, glad he seems to be doing well.

Maybe, but I have to say he has never totally impressed me and I've watched his career in the last couple of years with great interest, as he is ex Charlton and a fan to boot

Fair enough, I can't say I have watched him much, only basing it from social media comments and his transfer trajectory.

Got in the team of the tournament for the u21 euros.

    One example of many

Absolutely buzzing he has finally gone.

Honestly the worst keeper I have ever witnessed live. Never have to watch jigsaw ever again

Not the Championship, but interested to see Peterborough have sold another of their players. Defender Emmanuel Fernandez has signed for Rangers. He was the player sent off against us at The Valley for those who don't recognise his name.

Losing him, Poku, Mothersille, Cyprianou and Ricky Jade Jones is really going to hurt them. Tough season coming up.
