Will be interesting to see who people moan about when he does start scoring.

    Kelman brace this weekend boys.
Funnily enough, I’ve just had a leg brace fitted, and also taken delivery of a  a new wheelchair.

Missus said I had to come up with a name for the chair, yep you’ve got it, we’ve called it Kelman!
  • Delighted he got his first goal but ironically was otherwise his worst all round performance today. Hopefully the goals continue!
  • Yeah struggled to get involved at times, although still managed to link up well

Probably scored one of his hardest opportunities that he's had

So pleased for him getting off the mark. He works hard and deserves it. Shame we couldn't hold on to make it a winner. Just hoping that this is the opening of the floodgates.

Nice finish but his all round play worries me, he never looks interested, barely jumps for a long ball

Hang on a minute, so he’s been performing ok but not scored that’s not good enough, now he scored we are going to be critical of his performance which also isn’t good enough, the fella isn’t going to win is he? 😂

I’ve been one of kelman’s biggest advocates, but his first half today I thought “yeah maybe he needs to be dropped”.

just watched the goal again, extremely good finish. But let’s not pretend his first half wasn’t his worst for us so far this season.

I don't think he's had that many opportunities though. In fact that was probably the best opportunity he's had and he stuck it away. He gets chances like that and he'll finish them. But he hasn't been getting them. I actually thought he did ok first half and I certainly don't get the 'he didn't look interested' comments that he got from some on the match thread.

He does look like he sulks sometimes, but I’ve noticed that is a trait of goalscorers in the past so don’t hold it against him.

I’ll take the assist as I spent the whole first half slagging him off so he was bound to score

Said to Buckshee at the game, that the thing on here will be either, not good enough goal or he wasn’t good enough, and there you go

So you want everyone to pretend it was a worldie performance .
great finish but some awful touches
but if he gets a goal a game we’ll take that every time
    when kelman scores we’re undefeated
when kelman scores we don’t win

I'm glad I'm on the same page as everyone else. I thought he was absolutely woeful in the first half.

Was a brilliant finish, hopefully he can get some confidence back. Lots of question marks remain, hopefully this is the beginning of his run to answer them.
  • Great goal today - thank goodness he's got that monkey off his back.

As I said in the week if we had Godden instead of Kelman this season then we would undoubtedly be higher up the table but that was a classic Godden chance and finish today and i hope he can kick on from this
Getting MOM has got to be a joke though 😂

CK has been getting better and better each game and a goal was always coming - hopefully he will now kick on a go on a scoring spree. Well done Charlie, very pleased for you.

Some of it is being on a different wavelength, one time Bree laid it back to Burke and started to run up the right wing, Burke played it into Kelman who turned it around the corner for Bree to run onto, who had just checked back and stopped running. To the untrained eye Kelman passed it straight out of play, but if Bree had ran the channel he would have been through and clear on the right hand side.

    Small margins

Thought today was one of his poorer games I've seen but he scored which is his job so really happy for him and hopefully he kicks on. Every player congratulated him as well which was good to see
