  • I like Olaofe and of course was delighted with the winner, but he's lucky that went in because it was actually a poor finish considering half the goal was gaping and he hit it straight at the keeper.
Can’t work out if you’re joking or not…

    I'm worried you’re serious
He's well capable of missing late chances. Ask Stockport fans. Glad he kept his head today. Still can't believe it.
He had a defender shutting him down and half a second to make god contact and put it in. Not sure flicking it top corner was on his mind

The presenter on Soccer Saturday was really annoying. Every time he went to the game it was: ‘Chris Wilder in his third stint with the club up against struggling Charlton.’
Surely Sheffield United are struggling more than us?
Yea that got on my wick too. We’re not ten games in to the season and they’re bottom but we’re struggling!

Struggling Charlton, a point and three places above struggling Norwich.

Not sure what Naz has been smoking but I'd love to try it
A nice way if saying that Sheff Utd didn't do anything during the match & its now up to Wilder to get them going.

Along the lines of if you can't say anything nice then don't say anything at all.

On the 6. O’clock special. Again the game was not quality but Sheffield could have played al night and still not have scored.
Clean sheet away win, fantastic away support.

Hopefully by Christmas we could be looking up not looking over our shoulder

Isn't that possibly the best away end in the country to score a late winner?
(Objectively speaking and not counting any London derby away games)
I saw my first ever Charlton goal in a Northern away match there in 1984. A late Mile Flanagan equaliser in a 1 1 draw.

Why does Doc look about 22 off the pitch and about 42 on it

  • A win would have been impressive regardless but to get it when Sheffield Utd were revved up with the return of Wider was absolutely brilliant. I was surprised reading the negativity of a lot of people saying we would get a 3-0 tonking as every Jones team is set up to be competitive. Forget QPR. That was a blip. We will stay up comfortably in my humble opinion.

A longer clip of the goal, taken from someones telly so less good but shows the smart work of Bree

Tanto looks surprised he scored. Did he think he was offside.......or that we finally played a ball to feet inside the box 😂😂😂😂
  • Knibbs made a big difference too. Excellent result - we battered them in the last 10 when I thought we’d decided to sit tight for a point!
I agree. Knibbs looked as though he linked things up. I think he could make a big difference when he’s up and running.

Watching the goal again, love the way Doc comes sprinting in from about 15 yards away to be the first to congratulate Tanto.

Harder to save then they are straight at you. If he had put it either side the keeper could have stuck out an arm or a leg and stooped it.

Bet Kelman wishes he was given chances like that though.

I’m not telling you not to be happy? Why would I do that?

im saying the finish was all he could really do in that situation and with that little time. To say it was poor is wrong in my opinion

To be fair, the Goalkeeper is diving, and he's stuck it right between his legs, nothing he could do about that, and Cooper had already made two excellent saves. - If Tanto puts it to the left, the Goalkeeper possibly dives to save it as he's going in that direction
Good finish.  He put it back across the gk dive to the right.  Ideally it would have been in the opposite corner but he had to avoid the defender

Great first touch from Bree to trap the long ball to him and turn the defender in the lead up to the goal.

Worried for whoever recorded this videos lungs. Could only hold a note for about 2 seconds before getting out of breath.
I was impressed by the way he could sing in a different key to everybody else :)
