St John's hill have been head hunted by Millwall.
No loyalty when it comes to ITK folk.
Noticed we've not heard from StJohnsHill since the Kaminski drama started

Could you imagine Nathan Jones spotting you? Your life would be at risk.Scoham said:

It's not about how much I think he's worth, but what the club thinks he is.AberystwythAddick said:sam3110 said:If Mbick was part of the JRS deal, it would need to be cash and JRS for Mbick, and we all know that isn't happening
Out of interest how much do you genuinely think Mbick is worth
We turned down 5m already in January, right now based on age, size, what he's already done in senior football and the fact he's English and a striker, he's probably "worth" 7m or so. If he breaks into the team this season and does well, double it.2 -
I’ve just got in from work - very busy day cleaning up dog shit in avery hill…was almost run over by a cyclist who wasn’t looking where he was going. I had a peak over the fence and it looked like JRS was in during a training match.29

Players are "worth" what a club will pay be that wages or transfer fees.
We can guess what fees might be based on rumoured wages or fees from other deals but in the end it will be whatever we're willing to pay and the other club is willingly to accept.
Hopefully, after a lot of to and fro, the two clubs valuations meet and the player is happy with the contract but there is no true worth.

Maybe, but that's like saying you wouldn't pay more than a £1 for a loaf of bread.ShootersHillGuru said:JRS is in his last year of contract with ten days left of this window and only January to come. If he’s, as being suggested here worth £5 million at this point then it suggests to me that his real value is somewhat higher. Possibly £6 - 7 million. To me that’s a nonsense. He’s worth nowhere near £6 million let alone 7. For me given his contract status he’s worth near than £3 - 4 million tops. He’s still a lot to prove.
If you want decent bread, then you have to pay the going rate.

Yes here we go! Bread rabbit hole incoming3

Players in their last year of contract value drops because clubs want something rather than nothing. I can see him leaving Palace this window for about £3 - 4 million. If he had three years left it would be closer to £6 - 7 million. Gamble for Palace to hang on too long. He’s not going to feature for them. They won’t want a loan at this point. They’ll want money.Oggy Red said:
