I've found a STRONG candidate for Worst One And Done. Step forward David Campbell. Winner at Spurs, which is nice after this week

That's the Irish David Campbell, not the Scottish one who played a few years earlier, to be clear0

If Josh Edwards never scores for us again btw, he's somewhere around Maddison or Fox, but I'm not calling him as a one and done yet obviously. Get Well Soon Josh1

Canonically, the Amdy Faye goal, from an actually great move, was deflected, otherwise it'd be near the top of this list and we cannot have that.

Look. It's deflected, yes? Yes?0 -
Okay, we have a NEW WINNER

So gutted there's no footage of Paul Lazarus' only goal for us (see also Leroy Ambrose, Darren Anderson and a whole bunch of others including everyone before like 1983). But Paul Lazarus is the one I've really pinned my hopes on0
-
I think the best goal I've ever seen at The Valley was Aaron Henry v QPR in the League Cup about 3 years ago.
Not an easy chance but he absolutely walloped it in from right hand side of the box to the goalkeepers right. Astonishing goal.0 -
Okay, I had seen this before...I'm going to go rogue and break up Sessegnon and Page. Remember headers and volleys? It's nice to do that in a league game

Why had I not seen this absolute monster of a goal before0 -
I think I've now seen every single one and done goal by a Charlton player that's on Youtube. I skipped Andy Todd cos there's no way that goal is any good. We have a final 15. I'm done here. Hendry/Poole/Sessegnon is your top three. Paul Linger a little unlucky0
-
"Johnny Ostergaard scored a screamer at Wrexham in 1980 as his only Charlton goal" okay shush. It isn't on video. Zip it. Shush everyone. Go away1

And should have won the 2-2 game at Highbury. Def penalty turned down right in front of the away fansoohaahmortimer said:When you see us playing scoring and all the quality in those Prem games , it reminds me of why I have a football snob mentality.
All this over excitement about playing West Ham and spurs and over tugging off after a win or just even getting a game against Tottenham pah
these matches were 2 a penny for a few years and we went there with a good chance of winning and did …
How I yearn to be a team of quality and in the top flight , greedy I know but I’m sick of being the worst of the south east London triumvirate
anyway Steve Mackenzie 7 goals for us according to wiki and he was a player , the game that stands out the 2-2 at Highbury when god himself got the other and we were in yellows yellows yellows0 -
No, I've done two rankings now. One for two goals minimum, and one for the best one-off goalsLeroy Ambrose said:I thought it was two goals minimum? Otherwise I'd have suggested Gary Poole straight away

I've slept on it and Aaron Henry's other goal is an 8 isn't it, not least as he scored it on his birthday. Which means dethroning Claus Jensen. Shit happens when you score loads of goals

It is against a terrible Gillingham keeper in the pizza cup so you might have a point. Nice finish but not under any pressure. Alright FINE we restore the status quo. Never let it be said I don't listen to my public

Charlie MacDonald's two goals must surely have a mean score higher than 6.8?0
