Working for a part of the Toyota group for the last 32 years, started as a general dogsbody, stacking sewing machines, sweeping floors, tea making etc, etc. Was last year asked to be the Deputy UK Branch Manager assisting the Japanese top guy, (which explains why my time on here has been limited), now been handed the Branch Manager role as the Japanese fella will go back in March and will not be replaced.
