    bollocks, i meant after.

I've got several but only just realised they're for blowing your nose. Did think it was a strange present for my Gran to buy me.
You see thats the beauty of a Hankerchief, they can be used for multiple scenarios.

Something the many commoners from outside the Bexleyheath area will fail to comprehend!!
    Oh god, might've guessd

I can only think of two. The obvious one and tying knots in each corner and using it as a sun hat at the beach. Oh, and blowing your nose.

Leaving your Hankerchief at home and sneezing constantly at work having to use toilet roll as a replacement.

I never sneeze this much when I have a hankie with me... Its like my nose knows and is taunting me!!

Is it for sneezing purposes though?

When you record something on SKY + and the programme over runs and it doesn't record the end .

Never happened to me, don't think it can happen unless you set the recording manually.
It does . Regularly. There is an option to add 10 minutes on the end of each recording which I have set up yet I still have some recordings that come up short.
It's always had the 10 minute option . Just look in the set up.
As @MrOneLung said - it's programmes overrunning. Surely SKY would have sorted a system where you it automatically keeps recording if something overruns.

    They have! It does!!!!

I always record the last round of the US golf on Sunday nights, it always over runs and my Sky+ box continues recording.

Have you actually got Sky+HD or some poor imitation. Never seen the 10 minute option. You wanna record something, you call it up and press the record button. Can't see where you're going wrong.
That option and others are there.

But as most things worth recording are on catch up or +1 its not the end of the world, just bloody annoying.

People who wear scarves indoors too. Once had a sales guy from a supplier come in for a meeting and he kept his scarf on. I couldn't resist asking him if he wanted me to arrange for the air con to be turned down in the meeting room. His colleague (who I knew well) just about stopped himself from bursting out laughing and told me afterwards that he was a prick.

I do this (although not indoors), mainly because I had lens replacement surgery and even in daylight cars with headlights can dazzle, lens replacement surgery for the super squeamish amongst you (morning Dave Mehmet) involves cutting the eyeball and removing natures lens and replacing them with artificial one. (hows your breakfast Dave?) :)

It definitely happens as this happened to me last weekend with the boxing on Channel 5. Pressed record on the TV Guide, went out, programme overran & I missed the last 2 rounds of the fight!!

You'd have been right hacked off earlier, I was holding a training class when the sun went and it clouded right over. I found myself putting my sunglasses up like that just to annoy you. ;)

Ahh, there's your answer then. Recording duff channels. Hardly Sky's fault.

Those poxy trade-up-your-house-under-a-hammer type daytime programmes that always play horrific pun inspired music.
Not that fact - you know the thing, it's got a bar b q built next to the dismal back yard pond so they play 'Smoke on the water' - but the fact those tight-arse TV types insist on playing less than 20 seconds of any music so there are no royalties to pay.

So you don't think Beatles, Stones, Who etc songs should be heard live? Only the remaining members of theses iconic groups can play them? And what about the great classical composers? We're not allowed to hear their work live either? So the LSO are a cover band?
