You And The 92

65 but that is a mix of old and new.
I know my family moved north when I was 15, but somehow over the next 50 years, I never managed to get to White Hart Lane. Gutted I missed out on that one.0 -
Unlucky Golfie, old white hart lane post code was N17 0AP, the new Spurs stadium postcode is N17 0BX.golfaddick said:No idea & really don't care. There is a post further up from the 92 back in 2010 that states that "redeveloped" grounds only count if they don't share the same footprint of the old one and/or moved to a new postcode - thus counting out Spurs as a new ground. So I'm vindicated there from my protestations on the Spurs ticket thread
FWIW my count is probably in the 60's or 70's.......but I do know I've played more golf courses than been to football grounds.3 -
I got up to 80 back in 2017, mostly thanks to the Charlton beat. It sat dormant for a good few years and dropped as low as 72 but this year I started an aggressive attempt to finish it once and for all. Back up to 80 once Spurs gets ticked off next week, three new grounds via Charlton league games later this season and hoping to pop to a few randoms as well to be as close as possible by end of this campaign. I doubt I'll do it ahead of the current press gang but at least I'm finally finishing it.2
-
I'm on 88. I may make an effort later this season to do Barnet, Salford, York and Everton as a neutral. It depends on who is in what division in 27/28. I'd like to get it done before the likes of Barrow return.
I can't find the source but someone on Reddit said that yesterday's win puts Charlton up to 4th in winning at each current 92 ground. Plymouth, Preston, Portsmouth are ahead of us, with Bournemouth =4th.
PS Spurs is a new ground (I cheated and went to a Spurs friendly)1 -
I’m guessing a lot of people still need to tick off Salford. Perhaps a few of us on here could go up for a game together.0
-
63 of the current 92, a lot of old grounds that I’ve lost like Ninian park ( still not done the new one), Maine rd Elm Park etcHave never really tried to get numbers up deliberately just doing it naturally over time following Charlton and largely picking games I actually fancy with only a bit of bias for new grounds. So almost all of those done with CAFC - top of my head think spurs is only exception to that which will be rectified on Wednesday.Hope to add Lincoln maybe swansea and maybe Burnley this season. Can’t make Cardiff and have done all other champ grounds (yesterday was debut there)0
-
I've done the 92 more than once as teams leave the EFL and new teams come in.
The bonus is that I've done ten of the current National League when they were EFL teams.
I did York City (Bootham Crescent) many years ago ... by breaking a train journey from Newcastle to Stevenage ... but they have moved since then, so they are on my hit list. At home to Accrington Stanley on 20 October .... Mmmm.1 -
78/92. Only Swansea to complete the Champ and Mansfield & Stockport to complete League One. Loads in the Prem and League Two to do.0
-
At the end of September I’m going to be on 87 out of 92
still need to do
Brentford
Everton
Salford
Newport
and York.I want to complete the 92 in 2 more seasons. Everton might be the only problem to get tickets for. Also got to hope 1 of the 12 teams I haven’t done from the National league don’t go up.0 -

I took out membership at Everton when they announced plans for the new stadium and was able to get a ticket for the game versus Leeds last season.
As things stand, I think I'm a member at about ten Clubs. I feel dirty.6 -

76 of the current 92 grounds completed after yesterday and after Spurs on Wednesday it'll be 77.
82 of the current 92 clubs completed after yesterday and remains that way after Wednesday.
Man City, Arsenal, Brentford, Everton and Chesterfield are the 5 old grounds (excluding Spurs) i've been to see Charlton but not at the new ground.
The 10 i've not done at all - Chelsea, Newcastle, Wolves, Bradford, Bromley, Barnet, Crewe, York, Grimsby, Salford - of this planning to get to Wolves this season. All the others hoping on getting in a cup draw. Even a pre-season friendly at Bromley some time would be a bonus, or Bradford getting promoted this season to potentially get next season.0 -
71 of the current grounds, plus Spurs, Everton and Brentford where I've only been to their old grounds. Indeed I only ticked off Goodison 2 seasons ago, in its "final" season, little realising that it would live on!
With Arsenal and Barnet, I've been to their new grounds, but not to see Charlton play. Indeed Charlton have never played at The Hive.0 -
Oh well, at least I can tick it off as a new ground then 🙄guinnessaddick said:

Managed to do Salford when we played up at Blackburn a few years ago (they had a 12:00 kick off and we were able to hot foot it to Ewood straight after).Stewart said:I’m guessing a lot of people still need to tick off Salford. Perhaps a few of us on here could go up for a game together.
Think I’m somewhere between 75 - 80, Spurs will be a new one so I’ll do a little recount after that.

Just had a quick count so might be out by 1 or 2.
Based on counting all old & new grounds clubs have played at I am up to 85.0 -
The “official” rules don’t count old groundsgolfaddick said:Just had a quick count so might be out by 1 or 2.

Only Everton at the Hill Dickinson to complete the 92
2 grounds left to complete the National League
With Charlton from the Current 92 clubs I have seen us now at 109 different grounds (110 after this Wednesday)

Those five are the ones I am missing with Barnet's current gaff the only other one of the current 92 I haven't seen us at. (I'm adding Spurs in ahead of time.)Stewart said:At the end of September I’m going to be on 87 out of 92

I remain annoyed with myself for booking a family holiday where we set sail from Portsmouth as we were kicking off at Newport. A golden opportunity missed.
I've seen us at 118 different grounds in England and Wales with a few more from '90s Dublin tours and that Belgian outfit in 2006 under Dowie.1 -

If anyone is interested the link below shows the clubs and grounds that Charlton Athletic have played League, Play Offs, FA Cup, League Cup, Football League Trophy, Full Members Cup and Anglo Italian Cup games at since they were admitted to the Football League in 1921.

Of current 92 grounds, I’m on 70. Spurs and Cardiff will make 72. All of mine have been with Charlton. On the My Grounds app I’m on 117 grounds. Can see earlier in this thread I was on 66 in 2010. Quite a Few have changed or dropped out the league since then. Didn’t add any new ones for about 10 years after my kids were born and gutted now I never ticked off the likes of Accrington, Fleetwood, Newport etc0
-
Everton is the only one I need to again complete the current 92.
I went to Goodison a few times.1 -
Sod that… just pray you don’t get the chance again!!!AFKABartram said:Of current 92 grounds, I’m on 70. Spurs and Cardiff will make 72. I'm on 82 of the current 92.
Actually ticked off Salford in our promotion season when I combined it on the same day with our away game with Stockport which was an early kick off.
Remaining ones left to do:
- Man City (went to Maine Road, but yet to do the Etihad. Plan is to tick it off for England's first game of EURO 2028)
- Everton (Went to Goodison Park)
- Burnley (might tick off this season)
- Bradford City
- Bromley
- Barnet
- Chesterfield
- Grimsby
- Rochdale
- York0 -
Done the lot minus Everton, York and totteringham new grounds.
