I have phoned sky to register my unhappynesss at having to pay the ppv fee and now they are showing it for free to everyone and quite openly announcing that this is due to some people not being able to get through on the phone lines last night,
After initially being told that this is sky being generous to all its customers,
I asked for my contract to finish in 31 days as I feel that I have had my money stolen.
Have been told the cancellation team will contact me within 7 days to discuss the issues prior to disconecting,
NLA do you have the full works? My family have Sky+HD with broadband and phones, and multiroom for another 2 rooms, and they screwed up a couple of PPV movies for us, we threatened to pull the plug and persuade all our family and mates to move away from Sky too, they conceded after a couple of weeks that they were in the wrong and ended up giving us the broadband and calls package free for the next 6 months, stand your ground and you should get something out of it, no company wants to go through the breach of contract/suing process!
Yes mate the full shabang, I will Def not put up with it, I canxd last year after an issue phoned them up after 2 days said I wish to come back and that I had made a mistake ( all bollox) and ended up with a similar deal, gonna see it out and see what happens
