I'm not joking. The weather on my phone says sunny on Friday and snowing on Saturday and BBC weather said the same yesterday.

Probably need to get a new phone mate....

Right. So far this season I've done:
    Bournemouth (home) 3-0
    Huddersfield (home 2-0
    Yeovil (away) 3-2
    Brentford (home) 2-0
    Sheff Utd (home) 1-0,

lets hope we can keep up our 100% record for this one!
  • Mendonca/There is a pasty shop outside Exeter Central station, called Oggy's if not mistaken. You MUST try them!

I'm not going to take that attitude Elfsborg, as we've come unstuck against teams like this before (last season for instance). There are no 'shoulds' in football IMO.

Nonetheless, I'm confident we can get a positive result. This team is the real deal.

I'll be oohaah : " I think this is a great turn out, considering we have had 4 away games in the last month, and people aren't flush with cash after Christmas etc."........hold on a minute
  • MiA/Stand by me, do not have any breakfast and feed your face up there. We will be in the Wells Tavern on Wells Street, 200 yards from the ground to wash them down!

Not sure about the best but certainly the closest being next to the station. http://www.greatwesternhotel.co.uk/ Watched footie there a few times but not for a number of years now. Best to check with them first.
Alternatively, there is a large motor bike shop to pass your time dead opposite the station.

Forgot to say that you will go through Exeter Central. This is nearer than Exeter St Davids, so you may want to jump off there.

Wallsall and Oldham both held us to draws not long ago. lets hope we can overcome that tendency.

There was a story a while ago of someone getting fined because they left their train a stop early at Durham when they had a ticket to Newcastle.

It depends if they have ticket barriers at Exeter Central. The walk isn't that much further if you are worried.

If you're going to St David's, there's a unique Weatherspoon's, which is kind of opposite the station, but you have to either bear slightly to the left and forwards or do a cut through. It has a massive green in front with lots of benches & is slightly up hill. It used to be an orangery (grew oranges). You can stay there then get a train from St David's to St James' later. It's only a 5 min walk max, it just sounds complicated in print.

I would nt worry mate ' opposite the station ' is complicated enough for him
