Easy to laugh at Palace but this is absolute nonsense. So much absolute bullshit happening in football that fans as a whole need to be united against, but shit like this will keep happening as people care more about their own football team and tribal stuff whilst football as a whole detoriates. How can an ownership model be legal to go through, if it's illegal for multiple teams to be in the same European competition.
    well you've got a point I guess...

    but fuck em 😂

Not much of a punishment. The difference between UEFA League and UEFA conference is minor.

Dw Fiorentina (my Italian club) will smash them. Mainz are also no mugs, AEK Athens have some big names (Lamela, Martial, Vida, Roberto Pereyra), AZ are a decent outfit, and some more might drop from Europa league.

Will the Conference League be prestigious enough for their bigger stars to want to stay and compete in it? Hopefully not. Pray the all do the off and palace do a Wigan but it won’t happen because they’re smarmy ****’s
I'd expect Eze to go at least. Still strong rumours linking him and Arsenal.

    They're definitely going to appeal.

Got to laugh though, Textor has basically sold his shares for no reason.
    ... to a complete crank. 😃

For 68 million. Which is Roland’s inflated price for the Valley, SL and all of our players 😤

Can't believe Woody Johnson ever being a silent partner in effect , he's gonna stick his oar in and cause chaos.

But palace fans have so much blind faith in Parrish that apparently Johnson isn't going to be a problem because they trust Parrish so much.

An old Palace boy in my local spoons started crying when a member of staff told him the breaking news. He cheered up when his brother (also Palace) pointed out that palace will stand more of a chance at winning the Conference league. Tbf they were genuinely pleased for Charlton when we won at Wembley.

Have they paid back those local businesses they owed money to? Or was it just done as 2p to every pound?

They will soon see that synchronised big banner waving, needs to be backed up with more than a low GCSE pass in Home Economics, out on the continent.

Looking forward to some heavy defeats, the spawny twats!

I do not know why people are getting so excited at this, as I have said before, the damage has been done with the c**** winning the cup.
We will remain the only south London club to compete in Europe. Small crumbs and all that
I try to dislike you, but I can't!

How did you not pop your phone out and take a video of that? (well, the first bit anyway). Missed opportunity.

There is a ‘do you feel sorry for Palace’ sliding scale vote on the BBC sport website. I have given it proper consideration and voted accordingly

Always fun to hear Palace have been relegated again... don't use those wokey BBC terms of "demoted" it's relegated!

So many other fans have no idea of the history of that club. Not suggesting it's their fans fault it's their owners over the years. However their fans never own up to what their club has done to other clubs, the identity of their own club and the charities and businesses they have screwed over. We however nearly always do. That's why we fight against it.

However they are the oldest club. Created just before God gave it a rest on the 7th day.

I'm repeating myself as I say the same every time the oldest club thing comes up. Their club historian said it's nonsense, when the story first broke there was some stuff from their club historian in the 40's that said there's no formal connection between the 1905 formed club and the older club from the same area. It's two separate clubs that played in the same area at different times. But they've decided to stick it on their shirts and on their website and if they keep peddling the lie for long enough it will become the accepted truth. Benfica's nickname, Barcelona's shirt, their real history is being a club that's desperate to invent an identity for itself. In trying to do that, they just make themselves more fake.

What I’ve heard is that although they’ve been thrown out of the Europa League, they’re gonna give them the chance to represent the UK in the Eurovision Song Contest
