I think it only fair that Palace be disqualified from the FA Cup next season, in case this happens again... They've tarnished the reputation of both the competition and English Football, by not following the rules set out for those who own multi clubs and should be here forth stripped off their win at Wembley in May too.
So I'd like to be first to congratulate Man City of their sole trophy win last season.
I've seen it said they would take priority over Brondby because they qualified on merit for the more prestigious competition, so Brondby would have to drop out.
I don't think anyone really knows though. It's a total mess as if they do get kicked out then Palace will probably appeal to CAS and it will drag on.
How's that measured then? Very silly
Why is it silly? They qualified for the Europa which is obviously seen as more prestigious than the conference.

I’ll be elated if they miss out. They’ve been creaming their pants about going on a European tour. To see a bit of smugness wiped off their annoying Nigel faces will be a joy.

They would have also changed owners to someone who's a complete crank according to American fans for no reason.
Sounds like Palace will be playing Conference League. Problem with that will be they’ll be one of the favourites to win it against clubs from Moldova and Albania.

On the plus side it'll mean an absolute ton of extra matches to try and play with the same core team, and it's not a prestigious enough tournament to attract better players
Easy to laugh at Palace but this is absolute nonsense. So much absolute bullshit happening in football that fans as a whole need to be united against, but shit like this will keep happening as people care more about their own football team and tribal stuff whilst football as a whole detoriates. How can an ownership model be legal to go through, if it's illegal for multiple teams to be in the same European competition.
Will the Conference League be prestigious enough for their bigger stars to want to stay and compete in it? Hopefully not. Pray the all do the off and palace do a Wigan but it won’t happen because they’re smarmy ****’s

Be funny to watch their ultras giving large in Albania though.
Surprised they're allowed to given Brondby are also in the Conference
Just looked very briefly as I don't really care that much but on Wikipedia they say David blitzer owns an 18% share in palace. His global partnership has over 50% majority share in Brondby. Not sure what uefas threshold of influence line is.

Does the Anglo-Italian Cup not count?
Anglo-Italian does count.
They broke the rules and therefore should be excluded from all European competition.
Got to laugh though, Textor has basically sold his shares for no reason.
