    That is a hell of a decent squad we have there and thats without Hollands and possibly a few more signings. Feel very confident we are going to finish top half this season. As long as we dont get rid of anyone. COYR

    On Sporting's shirt they have SCP - Sporting Club of Portugal. However, they're really supporting Sir Chris Powell ;-)

    Great win and fantastic second half performance. Smith was excellent, as was most of the team. Captain fantastic saves the day in the last minute. First he destroys the whole of Sheffield, now it's the whole of Lisbon!

    So excited for the new season!

    Couldn't make out a word that they were saying but it was telling, not showing the disallowed goals in the highlights.

    Bear in mind i presume there was a fair difference in temperature playing 1st half to 2nd half.

    However, that was a seriously impressive 2nd half display. When i saw what the 2nd half team was i thought this could painful, but the opposite occurred. Two perfectly good goals disallowed, but the key thing was the way we kept the ball better and had improved movement.

    Plenty of positives from that, hope the boys have a nice cold couple of San Miguels tonight !

    Smith looked quality, Cook's goal that should've been was a corker, and even Mambo No.5 popped up! Baldock who? Besides, if old Acworth's as accurate as he always is he's on his merry way to Ipswich with BWP.

    Btw, adding Acworth on Facebook for a laugh was a bad idea. A bad bad idea.
