How did they manage to find a boat Captain that could even do that ? Surely they have to be qualified and familiar with navigating the Thames tides and clearances before they are allowed to take charge of those boats.
The most bizarre thing about that is that Hammersmith Bridge is PAST Fulham's ground, so what were they doing down there - looking for Millwall?
They go up and down that bit of the Thames before the game. It’s just an excuse to get pissed on a boat. If they was to go direct to Fulham they would be there in half an hour. A few of our lot do it when ever we’ve got Fulham or Brentford. Just an excuse for a piss up
Yeah we have done the same. Been on the boat to both of those grounds. One however left at 10am. Fucking mess when we finally moored up at Brentford by 2pm.
One of ours ran out of booze within an hour and had to moor up and restock
