I think you are right. People just trying to be controversial, one hand in the keyboard and the other with cock in hand. You know full well that half the people doing it will be behind England tonight. The other half are probably people who genuinely hate England but are happy to live here, rent free and lapping up free health care and whatever else they can get their paws on.
Some love this country but feel embarrassed by a minority. The sort who boo national anthems and generally lack class.
