I could easily list off about 50+ names in the same age range at the time who were in linked groups without thinking too hard about it, amazing considering our crowds were 4-6000, we'd been away from the Valley for years and we had no mobiles or internet.
Everyone knew each other by name or a nod and a wink. Its not quite the same anymore.
God ya making me miss the old days f block, north bank even in the half awake at shithurst great piss ups at away games and yea everyone did know everyone
my mate colin is in the first picture in the white top behind the girls right arm.we used to travel down from gloucester every week to the f block the good old days
I must have been on nodding terms at least with some on here back then. And to think, twenty years later we're discussing favourite hot beverages and pigeon racing lol ffs, where does time go?
Sounds like good fun bit out of interest did we still get miserable w*nkers who only wanted to slag off the team and the manager and the fans like we do now? Or is this just a modern thing? As I'm in my early 20s so wasn't around back then.

internet has given these people more of a voice. i think they've always been there.
