    2022 I heard.
  • depends on who else we end up signing. Wouldn't really want him back but if the other option is to have Piggot, Smith, Azeez and Yann as our strikers then would sign him up!

From a Lloyd Sam cross of all people!
  • Cahill's goal was the quickest in MLS history. 7 seconds.

    Scored again just now
  • Love BWP. But for him, there's no way we'd have got out of League One. Pretty sure he enjoyed being at the club and would I swap him for Sordell? No point even answering the question - but yes, I certainly would.

    Wish we kept him

  • Even if he'd not stayed with us, he'd have been another club's star player. Part of me is surprised he didn't stay here and try and get championship football with someone, but then again I imagine it is very exciting living out in America

Living in America, New York of all places, having Henry as a strike partner, what's not to like? Good luck to him

Apparently missed a few easy chances as well last night. NY then got sucker punched and go out of the playoffs. The grass isn't always greener.
  • Get the lad back to Lewisham where he belongs..

I'm going to see the NY Red Bulls play Columbus Crew this month. Did we have a chant for BWP? I'm gonna see if I can start one if so.

"Bradley Wright Phillips, he's better than Shaun".

Though Shaun plays on the same team as him now so not sure how well that one will go down...

If you get to speak to him, you can ask him where it all went wrong LOL

78 goals in 131 matches, 2 times MLS Golden Boot winner, NYRB record scorer...

Oh to have someone who can score at that rate in our team. They've probably got someone who can pass the ball to him too though.

Different level - at which to be fair, he has excelled. Fond memories, back when we were a 'proper' football club!

Shaun plays for a side called Phoenix Rising in the USL now so isnt even in the American top-flight.

That might not be understood for anybody under, say, 50 years of age :-)
