People are fair to be disappointed, but there's not a lot we could've done.1 -
Let's move on0

Dissappointing, but not really a shock really is it?
We move on.1 -

Very disappointing but at least we know now, time to move on.3

Gutted he's leaving but wish him the best of luck for the future1

People are going to be coming up with lists of things we could've/should've/might've done but I think he was always intending to go to be honest. It's a hard blow to take but we will survive, keep hold of Cousins and we'll get by without young Diego.4

Make sure he hands back the player of the year trophy. Don't want another Semedo incident.5

Very Dissapointed he is leaving but wish him all the best for the future and really hope this move does not damage his career
What I mean by that is I hope he is not going somewhere he will just sit on the bench and will never play0 -
Bad news but Hey Ho. Life goes on.... Will watch his career with interest. I reckon he'll end up at Chelsea0
-
I hope he gets a Premiership team and rots in their reserves21

Cheers Diego. Nothing like a bit of loyalty in the game and this is nothing like a bit of loyalty. Enjoy your career. Thanks for the 20 games, let's hope it's as big as your ego

Sounds like we did offer more money0 -
Cheers Diego for bringing some light to an otherwise gloomy season, however this is your decision and whilst it may currently hurt, that will soon pass.0

Huge loss.0

Anyone that thinks they're better than us are best served elsewhere.
Sounds cycnical but getting player of the season is the best possible outcome for the club in terms of compensation.3 -
Gutted and I think he will be too in a few years time.
He's not PL quality yet so a 3 year deal would've been good for both parties. He gets regular first team football with us and gets sold at the end of the season. He has valuable FIRST TEAM experience and we get a respectable fee.0
