When the Lannisters were running rampant throughout the Riverlands murdering the smallfolk, that at least made some sense, since part of warfare is eliminating the smallholdings and supplies to the Lords. What purpose does murdering a bunch of penniless church builders serve? Unless it was just to punish the bloke for being cheeky to them?
Brother Ray was a soldier for the frays/lannisters. But again, it isn't beric or thoros' style to murder a whole village..
I enjoyed this one, but I thought they fumbled Arya's story somewhat. Her skipping through town last week made no sense at all. It only worked if it was a trap. Which it wasn't really. Felt like they interrupted it to tie off Lady Crane's story.
Some of the dialogue was excellent though. "We all die. Except him" was my favourite. Along with Qyburn's raised eyebrow when his creation pulled that guy's head off.
Can't predict who will survive next week which is great, although I have to assume Ramsay's going to regret not listening to his father.

A lot of chat about Caitlyn too...
yeah, was honestly a bit gutted when i saw beric. In the books he sacrifices himself to bring back catelyn and there he stands, years after the red wedding. Lots about catelyn, and last week just after ray says "its never too late to come back" and the brotherhood showed up (that we now know werent of the brotherhood) i thought it was foreshadowing LSH. Just a lot of references to blue ball us i guess. If she does turn up, it would be the end of ep. 10, but not couting on it.

Who else is hyped for next week's bastardbowl?
I think that bringing back Beric in the show has put an end to Stoneheart. The only reason to show him again would be for the transition, but it would have been years now since the red wedding. Equally they won't be adding any new story lines now, to much to cover already.

Yeah it's pretty clear they're going to streamline the storylines together. The only thing you can really cling to is the guys who got hanged are part of a bigger group, but maybe the hound saw to the others too.
I kind of figured she might reappear so that the Brothers could become part of John's army for Bastardbowl. Seems kind of unlikley they'll be linking up with that though if it's happening next week, mind you last we heard Jon was several thousand men short of an army so the are going to have to rush through him assembling the rest of his force if there is going to be a battle next week.

I don't think we'll see Bastardbowl or Cleganebowl until the extended episode in a couple of weeks.

That must've been mentioned on Thronecast, I haven't caught up with that yet.

It's in next week's preview. It's directed by the same guy who directed Hardhome so it should have fantastic fighting sequences.

no trial by combat was a bit of a shocker, Cleganegate is postponed
and Arya Stark is back but with extra badass

Also last episode of this series will reportedly be 2 hours (including ads) or 1hr 30.
Next series episodes will reportedly be mixed between double length episodes as well as normal length episodes...
A tv schedulers nightmare.
"You're shit at dying."
Who else is hyped for next week's bastardbowl?
Think this pretty much guarantees she won't be coming or he wouldn't have done this
J+D=End
Tyrion Lannister however, there is a full character.
