I still can't believe that Jerome Flynn landed that part - not that he doesn't play it brilliantly, it is just slightly bizarre to hear the guy that sung 'Unchained Melody' on TOTP call everybody a cunt, and kill anything that moves!
I won't post specifics on here, but it was pointed out to me today that the series isn't 100% ahead of the books. the epilogue to a dance with dragons is ahead of the series and fits nicely with something that happened in the last episode
I have never read the books and only know from reading trivia online about the discrepancies and changes between the books and the TV series. I do not have any expectations about what will possibly happen, nor do I really care what happened in the books because the TV adaptation is that: an adaptation, and so many changes have been made it is almost impossible for the books and show to spoil each other.

Yep they missed out the riverlands and greyjoy stuff until this series.
"Fantastic" "Best hour of TV ever watched" "Amazing" "Epic" "Wow"...........................I expect to be blown away when I watch this episode based on these comments
No surprises but that's not necessarily a bad thing. I think next week's fallout will be a lot more interesting - what did Sansa have to promise to get Littlefinger's help? Will Jon finally become a Stark? Will we see Howland Reed? How many glasses of wine before Cersei burns everyone?
I was thinking the same thing but about Yara Greyjoy.
The battle scenes were awesome, very intense and felt realistic - not that I've ever been in an actual medieval battle to compare it to.
Not sure if they spent more on the CGI or the fake blood.
Only think that let it down a little bit was that pretty much everything that happened at the battle and the following demise of Ramsey was predictable. Satisfying as the outcome was, there were no real surprises in there. That's why Hardhome is still the pinnacle for me.
6 frigging season waiting for those Dragons to do something worthwhile though. At. Bloody. Last.
Looking increasingly like the "All Men Must Die" line is a hint that women will win out. Think we'll finish with a Queen of the Iron Islands, Lady of the North and Queen of the 7 Kingdoms.

Throughout the six series it's been him, Tyrion and Bronn with all the best lines.
The scene where him and the girl are in the Inn " fuck the King and I'll take three chickens etc"
" your shit at dying"
