All seems a bit exaggerated. One or two idiots on the pitch, and a concourse gathering of pointing and shouting about 50yds away from the directors box.
Lack of stewards is the main issue there8 -
Hope they get docked points. All incredibly dangerous. CARD protests were always organised with the old bill informed of what was happening. This just seemed like a bunch of idiots acting like children.8

This is glorious1

Biggest question should be; where were the stewards... As Stelling said on Sky, from his feed he could see two near the pitch which is a joke at any team in the Football League0

To throw a pig onto the pitch, would require a gold medal throw.happyvalley said:Dock em 20pts haven't they heard of plastic pigs.

We had many fans very unhappy with the club settling for mid-table comfort when back in the Prem!!0 -

Can't believe we've not paid for more stewards. Bloody disgracefully underfunded.AFKABartram said:All seems a bit exaggerated. One or two idiots on the pitch, and a concourse gathering of pointing and shouting about 50yds away from the directors box.

Knocking lumps out of each other as usual.2 -
West Ham and Arsenal (and I believe soon, Tottenham, too) are all evidence that leaving a stadium that is the heart of the club and going to a bigger, shiny new one with higher attendances, does not usually result in greater success on the pitch, nor does it make for a happier fan base.9

Premier League won’t have the balls to dock them points. The Pardew Treble is definitely on though.
Then we’ll show you how to really dance Al5 -
How the f*** would they react if their team was managed by Karl Robinson and in L1 and they'd just lost 4-1 to Pboro?12

The events at the taxpayer stadium are a small consolation, at least I can look forward to MOTD tonight. As long as Palace losr of course0

Could be wrong as was a while ago but guess Burnley are used to dealing with handling protests after dealing with us two years ago1

10 years ago West Ham broke Premier league rules in the Tevez affair where premier league rules stated that points deduction was the appropriate sanction.
No points deduction occurred - the premier league choosing to not enforce their own rules - Sheffield United were relegated as a result.
Irony that this issue today also involves West Ham and the question as to whether points should be deducted as a previous poster has mentioned.
Given the Tevez precedent it seems hard to imagine any situation ever occouring where the premier league can/will ever deduct points, especially whereit is a decision likely to impact relegation issues as the Tevez decision was.18
