Hope they get docked points. All incredibly dangerous. CARD protests were always organised with the old bill informed of what was happening. This just seemed like a bunch of idiots acting like children.8

West Ham and Arsenal (and I believe soon, Tottenham, too) are all evidence that leaving a stadium that is the heart of the club and going to a bigger, shiny new one with higher attendances, does not usually result in greater success on the pitch, nor does it make for a happier fan base.9

10 years ago West Ham broke Premier league rules in the Tevez affair where premier league rules stated that points deduction was the appropriate sanction.
No points deduction occurred - the premier league choosing to not enforce their own rules - Sheffield United were relegated as a result.
Irony that this issue today also involves West Ham and the question as to whether points should be deducted as a previous poster has mentioned.
Given the Tevez precedent it seems hard to imagine any situation ever occouring where the premier league can/will ever deduct points, especially whereit is a decision likely to impact relegation issues as the Tevez decision was.18
