    Played for SL and has Champions League experience. Could be a good signing, time will tell and i certainly hope he proves to be good. Just coz he is from the "network" doesn't automatically mean he is rubbish. Willing to give anyone a chance to prove themselves.

    Journos think he is too good for us!

    He is coming from Standard Liege not some big club from a big league. Anyone of any quality gets transfered out of Belgium!

    Our club is Charlton Athletic.

    Standard Liege rejects going up a level in coming to England wont work. Good for Ducahlet's pocket no doubt, but not good for Charlton.

    I work with some Belgian football fans, asked one of them about this guy just now:-

    A good defensive midfielder, he played at my team KV Mechelen, we loved him, the way he worked a kind of box to box midfielder.

    If I was the trainer of KV Mechelen I would fight for him to come back.

    He will never be a top talent but has his values.
