Racon had all those capabilities, what he lacked was application and drive.Covered End said:I can't see any similarities to Racon. This boy can play football, he can dribble, shoot & score goals !

He scored a good solo effort though to win the game away at Southend in the Milk Cup or Johnsons Paint Pot or whatever the tin pot cup we were in, was called about 4/5 years ago in the Parky era :-0Exiled_Addick said:

It's a shame he never showed us then. He also bombed at Millwall.Exiled_Addick said:

Him and Harriott are going to scare alot of defenders.
Poyet might just regret not being a part of what is happening at CAFC.3

I somehow really doubt it!dizzee said:Him and Harriott are going to scare alot of defenders.

Looking forward to watching him play for us, we need more pace, goals and flair in the squad. Even when we won League 1 our midfield lacked pace.
Having a quick look at him in FM he can play across the midfield, and as well as scoring goals he has pace, strength and can run with the ball. I wouldn't be surprised if we use him out wide with Cousins, Buyens and Jackson playing centrally.0

Welcome Frank, but I have to point out, this business wasn't done by 30th June 0 0

I am looking forward to seeing him play. A bit of pace will liven everything up.0

I think we may play 4-3-3 with Cousins and Buyens holding and Frank in front.

Like the sound of that, especially at home. We must learn to start games at The Valley more offensively and aggressively.2

Has anyone done the "the Mousse, the Mousse, the Mousse is on fire" thing yet?0

What's the point of them tnen, to signify which foot is hot and which one is cold? If I was still playing I'd wear them on the opposite feet to confuse the oposition.............oh hang on a minute that might be a bit uncomfortable :-0 Almost forgot, welcome Franck looking forward to seeing you in action.PL54 said:What a job !

By the way, esteemed fellow posters, it's Franck, not Frank. Let's try not to alienate the guy before the first game of the season.0

Viewfinder, I'd give Moussa even more freedom as a RW or LW. Buyens, Cousins and JJ in the middle for me, with Ventokele, Moussa, Harriott or one a n other providing a 3 pronged attack (pacey one at that).0

I take your point, Pavo, though I'd still like to see a creative midfielder advance centrally: Ajdarevic did it once(!). The problem with wing-play is that it requires accurate crosses even before there's an attempt on goal - and I'm still waiting for a winger of sufficient calibre. Can Moussa cross consistently well? Isn't he more effective in a central position?Pavo said:Viewfinder, I'd give Moussa even more freedom as a RW or LW.
