The thing that makes me laugh about that is not that the person is trying to claim credit for Liverpool for Joe Gomez which is funny enough itself but they are saying he was 17 when they signed him when he was 18 so they even got that wrong lol

until he grew ? He was 4ft 8" at 16.

Gomez left out of the Liverpool side tonight due to a slight niggle. Watford are 3-0 up after 75 minutes. Coincidence? :-)

So since leaving us Joe has won the Premier League, Champions League, and Club World Cup.  Just FA and League cups to go in club football and with the current crop of English youngsters he must have a chance at Euros and World Cup if he can stay fit...

As an ex player I have huge respect for the guy and he seems humble and to remember his roots to boot.  A credit to his parents/family
