    Buttler 25 (24) run out by Haddin next ball trying to take a single to the keeper as is Woakes the very next and last ball of the innings.

    Disappointing in the end 303-8 off our 50 overs.

    That might not be enough.

    What a load of pants those last 10 overs were. Just 59-6 scored and after looking like we were going for 330+, England finish on 303-8.

    Finn is right back to his best. If Broad, Anderson and Woakes can bowl to the same level then we will probably have the best all round pace attack at the WC.

    Another confidence player, Bopara just coming on and he might start to feel under a bit of pressure from Hales soon.

    As much as he is the all rounder in the side, in the last 14 ODIs his figures are 2-213. He isn't used that often and if he doesn't get runs (89 in his last seven) it's difficult to justify his selection.

    Edit - Goes for 11 in his first over so 2-224 now.

    175-4 off 30.1 which is exactly, in terms of runs, as we were at this stage (we were just two down).

    They haven't got much front line batting, apart from Haddin, to come but, against that we were relatively hopeless in the final half a dozen overs.

    And let's not forget that they have Warner, Bailey, Watson and Johnson to come in for the WC.

    Nothing original I know but have already backed them to win it but more as a saver on NZ who I fancy to give it a good go.
