@HLNinEngeland: Player already said goodbye to his teammates. AA Gent director Louwagie confirms the agreement with Charlton. #cafc
Apparently big strong experience dbox to box midfielder , strange signing for Roland but I'm just happy we're looking at players outside the network.
A bit of a shame given that (with the possible exception of experience) we have a player who could fill that role perfectly in Jordan Cousins, though in saying that an old pro with a bit of muscle to match the guile wouldn't exactly hurt our chances.
Rd link to lepoint, as rd invested in AFC Tubize when lepoint was there so maybe he saw something.....................or maybe there was a sell on clause lol
Big strong energetic midfielder, albeit 30 y/o. Definitely the sort of player we could do with and one that has a good chance of adapting to the champ if he's a bit of a scrapper.
We're taking over the business. Lot's of Belgians in the cup final. And now even a Belgian in Darts Premier League (Huybrechts the Hurricane)! Beware ... before you know it, you'll be drinking Belgian beer ?! Now, it's all your fault. Should have left Napoleon alone, we would have been French or Dutch ....

No wingers needed IMO, we should play a more 4231 system similar to Man City a couple of seasons ago when Nasri and Silva were the 'wide men' but it was essentially 2 holding midfielders and 3 attacking midfielders and a striker
Seen some negative stuff on other sites but reading about him he sounds decent pedigree and the massive thing we are missing in our team at the moment is strength which is why we let in so many from set pieces and constantly get over run in CM. Hopefully this chap can help on these points and it's another body between Buyens and the first team.
I can't help wondering if Lepoint is a replacement for Buyens, and Sarr a replacement for TBH. Just seems odd that the two types of player Luzon has gone for are in those kinds of position.

...... or German!!!
You guys installed a German as a King (Saxen Coburg-Gotha) for us.

Our Royal Family is from the same German Family. I think Leopold was the uncle/cousin of Prince Albert, Queen Victoria's husband.

His way of playing sounds what we need. Lets hope he brings that level of workmanship that we need
There are a host of Championship clubs interested in taking Hull City midfielder Tom Ince on loan in January, including Wigan Athletic, Middlesbrough and Bournemouth.
But according to Sky sources, Derby County are his most likely destination, although it will be Tigers boss Steve Bruce who makes the final decision on whether he is allowed to leave the KC Stadium.

Social Media is going to go into melt down and the RD haters have a field day.
Me, I like Christophe. He's going to be a star.
Brings the average age of the team right up though : - )

@Timmsi_CAFC true but after 2 years of recovering from one of the nastiest legfractures he was our captain. Best fighter ever in your team!

@Timmsi_CAFC you are forgiven. It saddens me to see him go. He never stops working, he never backs down and he is as strong as an ox.
Better than another keeper that's for sure.
Veljkovic Cousins
Gudmundsson Lepoint Vetokele
Watt
Jackson, Buyens, a new striker and Harriott on the bench to provide options
I'll get my coat.
It's not what you know, it's who you know : - )

The most overrated player in the English leagues.
