Alan Nixon @reluctantnicko 9m9 minutes ago Bolton. Interesting new bidder around. London based. But foreign cash. And with Prem experience. Want a quick answer.
according to local TV they are preparing to sell the car park, maybe the trading ground and possibly a couple of the better players. The current owner is prepared to carry the historical dept but will not finance current running of the club.
Sorry of course they get a 10!pointvdeduction, I knew that I guess and earlier posts confirm.
If they get relegated this year, which appears to be a certainty, the 10point deduction begins next year right?
Isn't there a peculiar rule that in the event that a 10 point deduction has no effect on the overall ranking of a team, that the punishment is offset to the next season?
Either that, or if the administration occurs past a specific date (March sticks in my mind?) it occurs in the following season?

There can't be too many buyers hunting around the bargain bin of relegation zone in the Championship.

They've avoided an immediate winding-up order from HMRC (who are owed £2.2m) until end of Feb:

Not a great place to be unless they can find a buyer willing to write off £173,000,000........
