Will never forget his two & half minuets of keepy uppy at the north-west corner flag while being continually kicked. But he's changed to an individualistic/go it alone player. Rather similar situation to what happened to Andre Bikey last season.
If he is a disruptive influence at training then its best for all involved if he 'rediscovers' his form elsewhere. Ideally abroad.
Watt arrived from Standard Liege in January and became an instant favourite with the fans. Behind the scenes though, there have been rumours of the Scot not seeing eye-to-eye with the management team.
Watt was relegated to the bench for the season's opener against Queens Park Rangers after a training ground incident.
The Watt situation may have prompted the enquiry for Yann Kermorgant.
Pretty impressive to have fallen out with the new management team this quickly if true. Barely a month in.
Some of the comments on Watts last Instagram photo are shocking, hope all the the little kids and supposed Charlton fans slagging him off, fuck off and support Millwall. Little C****s

Can't help thinking that when we were knocked back on re-signing Yann on loan that Vaz Te was signed instead although some might say he was cover for the injured Igor. With the emergence of Lookman I'm not holding my breath for another forward coming in. We also have Ansah's loan up soon and what about Pigott? Not that I am suggesting either of those are good enough to step up because I've no idea how they have been performing.
Some of you lot need to wake up. You honestly think roland had a say in sending tony out the club?
Who recruited him (with his attitude problems everyone knew about)? Roland's team Who recruited the coach(es) Watt has disagreed with? Roland's team Who gets the final say in whether we send someone out on loan or not? Funnily enough, Roland's team again!
It's not a coincidence a LOT of players have left this club, scaling as far back as Poyet, Kerm and co...
Some of the comments on his Instagram profile are beyond belief. Proper cringey when you see teenagers spouting drivel and are desperate to show the world they're proper hard geezers. If you're one of them and you're reading this, get over yourself and show some respect.
Had a couple of good games for us but overall, from what I've seen , I am not over impressed .. he's a sulker when things go wrong, doesn't like tight marking (but what striker does) and, very importantly, during our recent terrible run (I can only talk of away games) he's missed at least four good chances .. NOT 1/2 chances, good chances .. right now with Ahearne-Grant, Reza, Vaz Te, Lookman and most importantly BigMak, we have a good base of strikers .. the work rate of A-G and Lookman shames Watt .. soooo ... there is a good player there somewhere BUT Watt needs to grow up, get his act together and start working to develop his undoubted talent .. I suspect that the nub of his problem is that he is not quite as good as he thinks he is .. overconfidence may be a good trait in a successful striker, it's a bad trait in an unsuccessful and inconsistent one .. Cardiff here he comes (we think) ... I won't miss him
Something has been wrong with Watt for a while. He has been woeful in his last 4-5 appearances. He has clearly been bickering with players on the pitch and his in game body language has been terrible.
If there has been a falling out it pre-dates Fraeye's arrival as this has been going on for sometime.
Fraeye has shown with McAleney that he wasn't prepared to put up with players not giving 100%, perhaps this is a similar sutuation?
One thing is for sure, JBG won't be shedding any tears.
Surely the lunatics running things will realise this can't be brushed under the carpet and that he will need to be replaced and an explanation offered?
To be honest I have mixed feelings on this as he has contributed little or nothing since the end of September, but he was on fire through August.
Hope for a decent replacement, but won't hold my breath.

I'm a bit baffled by that as well - it's as if they are really angry with him, even though most fans surely realise that this is simply a weird decision by our board. Bizarre.

As Tony has not seen eye to eye with every coach starting from Celtic on wards, that could be true, (including the Scotland U21 coach) but at only 21, can't someone get him fitter so he can fulfill his undoubted talent. (With CAFC not the Bluebirds)

@colin1961 doesn't even respond to all the snide remarks so for whose benefit is it ?

I honestly don't think this is one of them.
