England's batting still a real REAL weakness .. Morgan, Ali, Buttler, Roy .. if it weren't for Root and Hales we would have lost all 5 one dayers .. bring in Billings and Bairstow .. 2 wicketkeepers but choose one as a batsman .. Morgan ? .. totally out of form and no longer worth his place .. Root as 1 day skipper

sorta agree with you Lincs except Buttler, who is a class player - came 3rd in ODI averages.
Beat SA A by 44 runs in T20 warm up. Morgan found a bit of form with 43 from 13, Hales continuing his with 78 from 50 odd balls. Rashid done well, fairly economical with 2 wickets. Topley a bit vulnerable but took 3, 2 for Willey too. Jordan economical but still struggles to take wickets. Woakes took a wicket but got battered, seems like right decision to leave him out of the squad.
Should be a goodun. Sure the top order is flexible, 7 real quality strikers of the ball on their day. Fancy SA but only by a small margin, AbdV if he stays about against our death bowling would be devastating.
70-4 after 9. Dangerous game hitting a bowling attack of this quality around the park every ball, need's a steady scorer for the team to work from.

Going to have to Morgan or Buttler's now.. Joe went hunting for boundaries from the first ball, easy enough to criticise but it is T20! Started almost too well that the players aren't adjusting to struggling now.
James, I saw that - Derby rather than us I suppose. We've got tickets for Sunday but I think the drive there is going to last longer than the England innings - and we're only 50k away
