    Being 'Charltonised' used to be a jokey way of describing how a few players unaccountably became worse after playing for Charlton for a short while. Now it is a rite of passage for absolutely every Charlton player under this miserable regime.

    Need to start from scratch, Roland gone and all the so called senior players, even if it means getting relegated. No fucking excuse as a professional footballer to throw in the towell.
