What possible benefit could there be to the general public in seeing what this girl looks like? It's irrelevant. She could look like a 12 year old or a 20 year old - it doesn't change what he did. The only possible outcome I can see of pictures of the girl being made public is that she'll get grief from fucktards and headcases.
After all that has been given in evidence, his girl friend broke up with him, but on the night before he was sentenced stayed the night with him. Now he is in prison for about 3 years I suppose she will have to stay in that mansion of he's and stay in her life style until he gets out. Tough world isn't it?

Did he meet her in a nightclub ? I'm not suggesting you're saying that, but as far as I understand the meetings took place outside the stadium and behind a Chinese takeaway as oppose to a nightclub ?

To be honest, I think I'm a little concerned that you have seen photos of her. I'm sure the courts went to a lot of trouble to keep her identity out of the media.
If you have seen photos I suspect that they could have been fake and if not (and you're sure they're not) then it does question how you came to be in possession of them and, more worryingly, how you can be sure they are genuine!
I also think that, under the circumstances, if I had doubts about someone having underage sex with her by accident I would be tempted to keep that to myself.

I saw something on that "lads bible" via Twitter about a month ago, a picture of a blonde girl which said it was the 15yr girl Johnson met up with. Along with rather unflattering comments from social media old pervs.
Whether or not you wana believe what the lad bible says..... It's best not to. The picture probably got removed rather quickly shortly after.
The picture indicates that the girl looked more like a fully grown woman then a typical 15 year old.
It's still completely irrelevant in everyway and I think justice has been done to be honest. I hope this story kind of dies now for the girls family's sake. It's not a very nice one.
If it's the same photo that i saw (blonde hair, pouting lips, make up), then it was a fake and was quickly proven to actually be of an 18 year old US model.

Who's having doubts? I said he knowingly and actively pursued her whilst knowing her age and that he didn't even have the defence of 'well she looked 18/didn't tell me her age' which is no doubt what those who released her alleged photo wanted.

A good way for this story to die down AND for predatory attitudes to be addressed would be if nobody read 'the lads bible'

On appeal by the CPS, this was increased to two years imprisonment. We live supposedly in a country where equality of the sexes is a semi religious mantra amongst all classes except for some religious extremists. But not it seems when it comes to 'sex crimes'. Is it really the case that young females are regarded as more vulnerable and more deserving of protection from sexual predators than young males ? .. this was not a 'Rotherham type' case, no girls were pimped out or subjected to beatings and cruelty. Comparing the Johnson case to the teaching assistant case, the goose and the gander have received far different treatment. Lastly, where were the girl's parents when all this was going on ?

According to news reports the 15 year old boy contacted childline only after the relationship deteriorated after 3 weeks of living together. I can't see any official judicial review but I am guessing the details are totally different to that of Adam Johnsons case.
I'm not best placed to phrase this as I'm repeating what another poster said back during another trial (@legaladdick maybe?) But, comparing sentences is completely futile. Cases are judged on a unique basis, with completely different circumstances leading to the decision.
