Callum Harriott @Cally_messi 18s18 seconds ago Just a few words to the supporters thanks for being there through out the ups and downs it's been a frustrating season for us all....
We stayed until the end and saw the burnley on the pitch....
I thought the protesting overall was very strong. We were handing out badges at Harvey gardens and I agree there was only a very small percentage of people not engaged. Nearly everyone took badges, programmes and the Roland out posters.
The net and the extra security were a big pain in the bum to be honest.
Bag searches on the way in were ridiculous. The man and woman in front of me who complained, I've supported the club now for 50 years as his wife's tiny handbag was searches 'what has this club come to its a disgrace treating us like this'
The non-card protests got ramped up as well and fair play to those who took in the flares, and the initial guy on the pitch with the placard.
The chants were strong and the liar banner was genius.
Sad to have left before seeing the sofa destroyed.
Shame we didn't really pick it up at the end and get the game abandoned. At 3-0 Burnley would still have got the result at that late stage. Missed a trick there. At least that fucking sofa went.
How has KM still got a job? Complete and utter failure like this would not be accepted anywhere else. Horrible feeling of anger , sadness and powerlessness. Respect to CARD for all they've done this season, but today was well below par.
Very difficult for them with the Club in full security paranoia mode.
And it doesn't sit well with me for anyone on here (who by definition isn't at the game) to criticise the protests.
Unfortunately I'm stuck in Spain for work so couldn't be there today. I don't believe CARD are above criticism and I even praised what they have done so far, but that goes to show what they can organise. I appreciate that paranoia by the club was abundant today but have not seen anything to suggest that anything was even attempted.
I'm allowed to be on the private planning thread of CARD on here, and I can assure you that the planning and work this week has been as formidable as for every other game, but they were up against more.
And all the people on there whom I know have day jobs and families. Several of them have risked severe problems at work due to the time they have spent on the protests.
Disgraceful bully boy stewards today,if a fan had done some of the things i saw they'd have been nicked. Deserve a kicking some of the blue bib 'heavies'. Cowards.

Disgusting behaviour from both the police and stewards today. 100s of Burnley allowed to stroll around the pitch unchallenged whilst virtually every attempt made by a home fan was met with what I would consider (in some circumstances) an assualt.
The regime declared war today and their figures heads ran away.

This. Stewards especially were a disgrace. Loads of Burnley on the pitch yet in the East about four were tusseling with one of ours. Henners intervened and they stopped. Even after that they seemed hell bent on picking one of ours out and targetting them whilst hundreds strolled on. A utter disgrace. A think now it's a war.

What were the ups?
Scrap that, overtaking MK Dons last week is something that will always stay with me.

Best thing I saw was one fatty blue bib bugger being given a desperate run around by a 12ish year old kid while ignoring the Burnley masses behind him.
Saw some pretty nasty stuff from stewards today - all avoidable.

Seems like a fair bit of it was filmed so hopefully steps can be taken.
after the final whistle when the Burnley fans were standing in front of the west stand I urged my fellow supporters to come on the pitch with me, even with my disability and walking stick I managed to get over the barrier and again urged those standing by their seats to join me.
no one did, which I find rather sad.
The fact that the management tried to pen their own supporters in I find disgusting and I won't return to the Valley until they are gone.

They've accidentally locked the Burnley big wigs out of the lounges now
