    Like I said, the bookies don't have a clue. Wilder was 1/10 at one point because he had talks with us, but the rest is hearsay and bollox. Someone stick 20 quid on Dave Jones (10/1) and watch it tumble

    I think Hill is waiting on the Blackburn job. If that goes to someone else he might start looking elsewhere.

    I saw this list of current vacancies on a Rochdale fans forum (I had a look to see if they'd heard anything..).

    Teams we are up against in the manager market:

    Aston Villa
    Blackburn Rovers
    Blackpool
    Bolton Wanderers
    Everton
    Leyton Orient
    Nottingham Forest
    Notts County
    Port Vale
    Rotherham

    Plus
    Barnsley & Walsall who haven't got permanent managers at the moment.

    Leeds seem to be looking for a new manager, too.

    I'm the opposite.

    Adkins, IMO, is a chancer. He has done very little since he left Soton, and that was a team that he inherited
