What a brilliant performance. Think the key difference with England is that these Welsh guys have an incredible team spirit, and giving everything for each other, whereas the England players can't recreate the passion for their club, for their nation. Gotta fancy their chances against Portugal now, they've been dire so far - managed to reach the SF without winning a single game in 90 mins.

Simon Church always gave that for us and wasn't good enough. Got to be down to having better players, preparation and ambition.
Enjoyed that game. All Wales' goals were good, but Robson-Kanu did really well. Holding off 3 defenders and turning and beating the goalkeeper. Reminded me of a certain Breton we used to have until Roland thought a Polish teenager was better. Belgian players showed flashes of what they are capable of, but it's no surprise that Wilmots is linked to Duchatelet as they looked like an assemblage of individuals, undoubtedly talented, but lacking team spirit. Pleased Wales won. Roland Out!
I always thought Coleman is limited as a manager but he got it all spot on tonight and has unified a decent squad into running through walls for each other, so much pride in the performance.
Fantastic goals aswell.
Best thing to happen for Belgium from tonight is that is the end of Wilmots, who has looked bad. Not as much as Hodgson, but should have been alot better.
Shame they will be without Davies and Ramsey (who has been one of the midfielders of the tournaments for me). But you know the team have faith with whoever comes in as a replacement.
Robson-Kanu goal was fantastic. Dropped 3 defenders with a brilliant touch and then the ball held up and yet he still had to beat Courtois and he shaped up and got it perfect.
And I hope the utter LOSERS that are the English shower of shite are sitting at home watching this feeling utterly depressed and ashamed of themselves.
Doubtful mate, they're probably all away on private yachts somewhere not giving a fuck.
Something England would never entertain and shows how tiny minded our whole set up is. Italy selectors have gambled on Giaccherini and it's paid off. A player that couldn't even get in Sunderland's side! He just fits with how Italy are playing and they've chucked him in. Compare that with Ross Barclay who has real promise. But after a bit of a poor spell at the end of Evertons season is deemed by Roy and his mindless cronies to be completely incapable of getting anywhere near the England first team.

Trying to forget that shower of 50 grand a week f****** p******** c****** f******* limousine c**** thanks...
Italy should have taken Jorginho rather than Sturaro, or Bonaventura to be a bit more dynamic. Conte likes hard workers over ball players and runners though, hence no Berardi and Insigne playing only a few minutes (their best attacker imo). He's also not very pro active with subs which I think will frustrate some Chelsea fans.
Italy have missed De Rossi a lot. That goal was coming and is deserved.

Just goes to show that under the right manager and set up English players can play well in tournaments.
.....I'm Welsh
Amazing what you can achieve when you play as a team rather than a group of overhyped, overpaid, pampered individuals.
Fair play Wales. Fantastic performance
A: Straight down the M4.
We were cheering for Wales tonight, how could we cheer for Belgium?
I thought Bale was used very well on set pieces because he takes out at least two players and gave Williams the space for the equaliser.
The second goal was for me the second best goal I've seen in the tournament after that crazy Swiss overhead kick.
Well played Wales and good luck in the semis especially given the suspensions.
I hope they beat Portugal.
Roland Out!

Surely the rule needs revisiting, and revising to exclude bookings earnt in the knockout stages or even abolishing altogether.
I'm not really sure what it deters. It just ribs fans of seeing their best players in the biggest matches.

Ireland won the 2nd round on penalties. The Portugal of that era
