Where is the line up for the U23s?

    Who are the two trialists?

Who is Finn Skiverton and is he a wingback?

really pleased to see Sam Oguntayo back after an injury in pre-season.

As a proper wingback would have got a few first team games by now I think.

Another run out for Lavelle too. Can't be far away from the first team now.

    Agree about Oguntayo

    He impressed me pre season.

Slighty surprised Davison isn't involved, as we are very thin up top, especially with the U18s also playing today (which is what I was questioning)

I'm pretty confident Davison & Kirk are in the process of discussing moves (loans or permanent).

Same here, really rated him from the little we saw. Certainly better than Souare.

Kirk Loan, Davison Perm i'd assume if it were the case, or both in contention for the weekend?

He also ticks the box of (my usual obsession) of being left footed and I feel he would fit very well into the current formation.

It's currently the bee in my bonnet that fringe 1st team players, especially the younger ones, don't play any football at all.

Even the older ones.  How can you expect someone that hasn't played at all in God knows how long to suddenly be up to speed and match fit, let alone actually improve.

Aaron Henry is putting in a series of credible performances in the last month or so.

    Should have won that easily.

Shows the potential against a premier league side.

I should add that Richard Chin has also had a lovely consistency this season, good to see him recovered.

Missing a penalty in a game like that leads to that kind of result.

A football has just landed in my back garden. It’s a good make. Looks like it came from the direction of Dartford. Does it belong to anyone? Can be collected from Bexley

    For info about Lavelle

72' SUBS | Sam Lavelle secures more minutes under his belt as he's replaced by Nazir Bakrin, while Johl Powell replaces Terrell Ageymang. #cafc 0 #wfc 0

I was at the game this afternoon, quite enjoyable, although turned into a long afternoon with a lot of injury time added due to many stoppages for treatment to various players & the referee.
Not sure if it was mentioned in the commentary, but Watford had two players with famous fathers number 8 was Henry Wise, son of Dennis & number 11 was  Maurizio  Pochettino son of Mauricio.

Not the best game.  Bloody cold.  We definitely did not deserve to lose so I’m glad we got the equaliser.
too mAny rushed passes and we strayed from our short, incisive passing game by trying to force it.  Pleasant couple of hours though
