John Carver, Scotland's assistant, is the new coach of Lechia Gdansk. Will start his new role on 2 December, but the Ekstraklasa club have confirmed he will still assist the Scots for their Nations League play-off with Greece in March.

My son text me with this news & then said did Brady do it because he could be joining us. I said I hope not. 

Not "up & coming" and doing worse than us currently. Even worse than from frying pan into to fire imo.

Managers don't just resign because their team isn't doing very well. Or else we wouldn't have had to sack so many managers in recent years!

Managers don't just resign because their team isn't doing very well. Or else we wouldn't have had to sack so many managers in recent years!

They do jump before they are pushed sometimes though.

We've already tried to hire him, instead we went with Appleton as he wasnt interested.
