That's because they've spent all their money on the Portugal under 21 team.Splodge said:

1 Amos, 2 Page, 3 Dasilva, 4 Jackson, 5 Bauer, 6 Sarr, 7 Watt, 8 Crofts, 9 Magennis, 10 Clarke, 11 Holmes, 12 Kashi, 13 Phillips, 14, 15 Konsa, 16 Pearce, 17 Marshall, 18 Ahearne-Grant, 19 Forster-Caskey, 20 Solly, 21 Barnes, 22 Dijksteel, 23 Aribo, 24 Charles-Cook, 25, 26 Lennon, 30 Novak, 39 Fosu.1 -
Ooooohhhhh look who had Pearce at 6, DaSilva at 3, Fosu at 7, Barnes at 22, Watt at 32, and don't worry about the rest.SDAddick said:

1 Amos, 2 Page, 3 Dasilva, 4 Jackson, 5 Bauer, 6 Sarr, 7 Watt, 8 Crofts, 9 Magennis, 10 Clarke, 11 Holmes, 12 Kashi, 13 Phillips, 14, 15 Konsa, 16 Pearce, 17 Marshall, 18 Ahearne-Grant, 19 Forster-Caskey, 20 Solly, 21 Barnes, 22 Dijksteel, 23 Aribo, 24 Charles-Cook, 25, 26 Lennon, 30 Novak, 39 Fosu.
My guess:
1 Amos
2 Page
3 DaSilva
4 JJ
5 Bauer
6 Pearce
7 Fosu
8 Crofts
9 Magennis
10 Reeves/left open
11 Holmes
12 Clarke
13 Phillips
14 Forster-Caskey
15 Konsa
16 Sarr
17 Marshall
18 KAG
19 Aribo
20 Solly
21 Dijksteel
22 Barnes
23 Hacket-Fairchild
24 Charles-Cook
25 Kashi
26 Lennon
27 Lapslie
28 Hanlan
29 Umerah
30 Novak
31 Maynard-Brewer
32 Watt0 -
No number for Sarr, no number for Amos, no number for RCC, no number for Hackett-Fairchild (I hope someone is there to give Henry a huge when he hears the news, poor fella will be heartbroken). Lapslie gets 35 but isn't on the "senior team" page. Hanlan and Umerah both there at 28 and 29 respectively.Dazzler21 said:No number for Naby?
That said, it's entirely possible we're reading too much into this. I think numbers have to be submitted by tomorrow, but then you can add players and numbers as they come in/come in to the first team.
I do hope Sarr is staying. If not we'd leave ourselves with three fit center backs going into the season. Like with Ceballos, he's done pretty much everything you could ask for this pre-season in terms of looking fit and up for it and showing good technical ability. I struggle to see us getting a drastically better player to be our fourth choice center back at this point, unless Bowry is thought of so highly that it's felt he could step into that 4th choice (5th when Lennon is fit) role.0 -
Squad numbers out in the morning according to Twitter which included a Number 12 shirt with some bloke called Reeves on the back......!!4
-
It happened!!!!!!!1

I found that really odd too, but I suspect this is because they're still in the process of uploading headshots of the players with their numbers. The Twitter account just said numbers officially announced tomorrow. Suspect that means we've stumbled upon a work in progress.Chef_addick said:It's not even in numerical order, just looks poor with random photos in last year's kit, some with this year's training kit and some during a warm up.

Alphabetical wasn't it? Hope he comes and plays next month, him and webbo are still my favourite Center back pairing. We've had better footballers in that position but both epitomised the club at that point, 100% commitment and both seriously put their bodies on the line. Webbo used to put his head in harms way when he really shouldn't and balmer never shirked anyone, still remember him being wheeled into an ambulance during a game in the early days back at The Valley. Few broken ribs I think.East_Stand_Loopy said:
