I just love the music threads and am still yet to whittle my favourite songs down in order to contribute to the desert island discs thread.
But what are your favourite music albums? I was thinking that we could all vote for our top five music albums and after a while I could present the results if we have enough and there are multiple votes for the same records.
I think the rules should be that if more than five are listed by one voter, the top five will be counted and no greatest hits compilations.
Over to anyone else who wants to vote while I think over what mine are...

On it we had top 1000+ albums of all time and top 1000+ singles.
These were then broken down into dozens of different genres and sub genres. (Yes, I was single at the time!)
Visitors to the site had five votes a day.
And they could submit their own Top 10s in a separate section of the site.
The site became quite popular, but I never really had the time to promote it properly.
We created the charts using lists from Q, Mojo and various books, but once the site was up and running we let the voters decide.
The usual suspects were at the top, Sgt Peppers, Pet Sounds etc although there were problems...
The main problem with the site was that fan sites would hear about it and would encourage their supporters to vote every day for the Spice Girls (for example), so the whole thing was fundamentally flawed unfortunately.
We let the URL expire, and it's had no buyers since then.
At the same time my friend was setting up shopping.net. He sold it for $18m about two years later. Damn.
Bleed American - Jimmy Eat World
Decade - Neal Young
Nevermind - Nirvana
Ten - Pearl Jam
That's based on current mood, top 5 is too hard to narrow down, we should do a top 20 list over a week or so and get a definitive CL top 20 albums list, add Spotify links or similar so we can all broaden our musical horizon's!!!
