but now up to 3rd from bottom - cant believe how shit the other teams around them are - i mean, a team that lost their first 8 ? games, and have still not scored away from home all season and yet they are still only 1 win away from getting out of bottom three.
Don't get so despondent too quickly. Palace are in the middle of run of games they should have a chance of winning but have only managed one win so far - and that with a last minute goal. Sure they're drawing but they're not scoring goals either.
Of the teams around them, Swansea must surely sack Clement soon. Rumours are Pulis is Swansea bound and he knows how to set teams up and get them out the relegation area. Big nose might give WBA a new manager bounce long enough for them to put some results together and they've got some good players. West ham and Huddersfield do worry me as regards being worse than Palace but who knows, Moyes might come good and that Huddersfield manager is no mug.
Anyway, just remember that at the end of the day Palace are shit and managed by Woy, the old pensioner, who should be at home playing with his grandkids, not managing in the Premier League. There's still hope - and I reckon rather a lot of it.
And palace need more than a point a game to stay up. So even a draw today is less than they need. 10 points from 15 is dire. On a full season that's 25 points.

Being negative, their "run-rate" under Hodgson is much better, 10 points from 8 games or similar? And in a way it doesn't matter how bad you are, as long as there are 3 teams worse than you...

This. Its no good saying they need a point a game if you only need 32 points to stay up as it might be this season.

We really need the likes of Swansea to turn things around, and spend some decent money in January as they're looking very weak. Huddersfield seem to be on the slide as well
Tough one... I'd like to see Swansea win to ensure that they dont get left behind and so remove one of the relegation spots making it a bit harder for Palace to go down
On the other than a Bournemouth | West Brom win will also leave Palace in trouble
Blatant dive according to Kevin Kilbane on the BBC. Palace only got promoted through Zaha's diving and each season he's probably worth 3 wins with his antics. Sickening that Zaha gets away with it year after year, while the likes of Bournemouth's Adam Smith can't play today, after he was blatantly hacked down in the box last game yet got a yellow card.

We can only hope WBA and Huddersfield get their act together and relegate the wankers
Surely Swansea will make a change, they've been desperate

(Apologies for the language) it happens when the above are envolved.
their doing a good job so far.
I f@cking disown the palace side of the family.
Palace v Bournemouth
Swansea v West brom
2 away wins will leave the bottom 3 nicely adrift

We gotta deal with it sadly

Wonder if Zaha will get the same...
