Think moving to a team that is fighting for 2nd in the Bundesliga (only 2 points behind) and prioritises youth will be a great opportunity for him. Great to see a young, world youth cup winning, English player going abroad to gain some experience.

only thing is that was then. their defenders now struggle to lace their own boots. I've watched arsenal a few times this season and nearly every game their defence look a complete disaster and its hilarious to watch. think Evans would be a good fit purely because he's not much better than what they already have. it doesn't change the fact that he lost the plot when he started signing these defenders and he's continuing to do so. long may in continue.

The fact that you think he'd be better off at a top 8 Championship side instead of a team a point outside the Champions League places in the Bundesliga playing with loads of internationals (Werner, Keita, Forsburg, Poulson, Kampl, etc) is everything wrong with English football these days (it's not obviously, but it's a ridiculous comment).
