He's the sort who needs lots of chances to score a goal. Not really ideal for us then.

Nine now. Good results for us tonight, other than Morecambe (so far).

It's the stark reality of where we are at the moment.

Beat Accrington and Gillingham, and we can start planning for next season in L1. Lose both, or just get 1 point, and we'll really be in it...

3/1 top half finish,  lump on.
  • I reckon 45 will be the magic number.
On current form can’t see anyone getting 15 points between now and end of the season.

We wont go down, we have some easy games coming up that we should pick up points in, have a game in hand on the bottom teams and to cap it off there are teams a lot worse than us at the bottom.

Lucky for us though as skill and performance would not have saved us.

We are 6 points off 12th & 15 off 11th. FIFTEEN. That means we have to win half of our refusing games just to catch Bolton. It ain't happening

I think the best we can do......the very best.....is 12th.

    Personally I think we'll finish between 14th & 16th.

As for the play offs.......I think you'll need 78 points this season.

Easy games … ? For a team who have lost 5 on the trot and had 1 shot on target in 3 games….. Oh yes we are fecking so much better than these teams in our EASY games.

Exactly. It's a massive assumption that we'll easily beat the teams around and below us. Bearing in mind that even under Jacko we've lost to Crewe, and drawn against Morecambe

That's why the next 2 games are crucial, as 2 decent results won't just give us some points, they'll lift some of the tension.

We will beat Gillingham at home. Comfortably. 2-0 or 3-0. Just like we scored twice against Fleetwood and three times against Wimbledon. If we don’t win, you are welcome to press the panic button.

I think this recent run of losing to top 6 teams has warped views of how bad (or not) we actually are.
