It was Bordeaux who cancelled his flight.
Roma had offer accecpted then he went to airport to fly to Italy for medical when Barca pht in a higher offer, so Bordeaux cancelled his flight to italy and sent him to Barca instead

La Liga rules state that clubs can only have a certain number of Non-EU players which has now been exceeded with the signing of Malcolm
