    Justice.

The thing that hints ‘could it be different this time’ is nothing to do with how we played at all.

It’s more that scoring a last minute goal is totally ‘Un England’

It’s usually the other way round

Just about getting away with it, against the mighty Tunisia

A bit of quality makes the difference. Decent subs by Southgate with Rashford & Loftus Cheek bringing a bit of energy. Tunisia didn’ t deserve anything from the game. Hopefully, there will be less midges in the next game against Novogorod & England can play with the zip they started this game with. They have to take their chances when they arrive to get through to later rounds.

Get Sterling back on the plane home!

Rashford has to start the next game over him! No brainer!

The modern day John Barnes, great for City, lost in an England shirt!

Barely deserved it on the 2nd half performance, but a wins a win. Need to improve going forward.

We had 7 good chances and the 2 chances that fell to Harry ended up in the goal.

That ginger let Maguire go. Never trust a ginger

They were playing a ringer there. Unless he dyes his hair he must be the only natural ginger in Tunisia.

    Bloody brilliant.
    Go on boys!

Despite some of the worst refereeing I've seen. We should be easily beating Tunisia despite those decisions.

We weren't good enough, but we nicked a winner and we move on to the next game.

COME ON ENGLAND! IT'S COMING HOME!

Well done England. Happy to say that they never stopped looking for that goal.

Now let's beat Panama and go from there.

Non penalties should be investigated further...those are two outrageous decision by ref and VAR. We won so it's not sour grapes. The 2nd one the guy has his arm around Kane's neck!

The triple crown ladies and gents. England and Kent win the cricket over the weekend and England get a crucial win to kick start the campaign.

    Well chuffed.

Thought we had been bloody unlucky, managing to concede when they hadn’t even had a chance. Kept going against a team with 11 behind the ball and trying desperately to slow the game down. Got our just results.

Lot of pressure taken off with that late goal.

Positives - Kane, a striker who scores goals at the top level, Trippier, Henderson, team spirit, resilience, dubs making a difference

Negatives - soft at the back, Young having to cut in the whole time, Alli / Sterling little impact, inability to take chances. First and last of those could be a major factor for us

The Albany was fucking great when we scored mate.

Think one of Alli or Sterling needs to be dropped for the next game in favour of Rashford ...or both and start Rashford and Loftus Cheek.

Those two came on and made things happen just as it looked like the team were running out of ideas.

I don't want to jump on Alli and Sterling because I rate them as very good players. Maybe Gareth will go with them for the game against Panama and then see what Rashford/RLC can do against Belgium when (hopefully) qualification is already secured.

Why does he persist with sterling?
