    He's a shithouse, like Parker

We all were resigned and accepting of the fact players like them don't hang around for years with us and I don't think we expect too much in return. I don't anyway.

People love to make the insane comparison between normal jobs and football so I'll humour that for a second. I'm desperately trying to move jobs in the same firm

If my current boss agrees to it but puts the caveat in that he needs me to work a longer notice period I'll be game to that and would continue to give him 100% of my knowledge, skills and experience not to mention my work output. Even if he didn't, I'd still maintain my professional standards and bide my time for a move.

Pair of money grabbing pricks who want the support and goodwill of fans but also couldn't give 2 shits about them

Nobody would have wished Taylor bad luck had he stuck out the season like Cullen and all the others who didn't have to but the narcissistic wanker behaved in a way I still find astonishing by footballs gutter level moral compass
I 100% respect what you say Carter.
No f—King integrity and respect what so ever.
And due to the fact Taylor is a Cocky Boy and
He thinks he is miles above where he actually is proves  One other point.........he’s incredibly stupid and delusional 😂😂😂

Would he care though? Gets to sit at home being paid his nice new salary while doing fuck all to earn it.
I think he would care. He’s a complex individual who isn’t driven purely by money (even though I can see why others may see it differently)

He is also driven by the need for attention and adulation. If he gets injured or doesn’t play and goes without those things then it will impact him.
This. It’s no coincidence that he was always starting arguments etc on social media when he was injured.
  • Good footballer.
    Heartbreaker.
Needn't have rubbed it in with the 'water off a 🦆 back', not a classy remark.
One of the biggest shames to experience supporting Charlton.
Scott Parker so what? Same with Danny Murphy, but this one has hurt more for some reason.
Perhaps it is karma for our shameful reaction to Karlan Grant.
  • just checked Monserrat don’t have any fixtures lined up.  So, we can leave that out of the equation for fucking up his career. Let’s just all move on and fuck him, I’m bloody sure he has.

As for Forest, even if they get relegated, Lyle has signed his big deal, and would not give a fuck. However, unfortunately I think he will be the man who pushes them on to promotion.
  • Classic Lyle.

He missed three games.  He was truthful.  Plenty of people, and plenty of lifers have conned their employers and customers more.  Have a word with yourself cafctom and get some perspective.  Players have done this for decades.
Players have not been refusing to play the way Lyle did for decades!

Danny Mills thought ahead with action plan. Tactical at least.

Ah Charlton players. The ones that don't actually enjoy playing football.

Love all these sycophants on Instagram wishing Lyle all the best.

We know for a fact if we played them and he scored against us, he'd be right up in our faces, giving it large. Let's see them clap him then.

    Some wankers still would tragically.
  • he’s a pathetic c*** ... I am disgusted at myself for buying a shirt with his name on, I’ve met his kind, a waste of humanity and masking extreme insecurity ... an inability to show vulnerability will lead to life not worthy of inspection.

Why does "Karma" only work on us though, Seth?
  • He’ll get a load of abuse and replies and be all giddy and happy with himself, he has very low IQ bless him.

He loves attention and will welcome any abuse. I'd be p***ed off if my club had signed him after his behaviour regardless of his footballing ability. His character is lacking.

  • Was talking to my daughter about him last night, she does totally different social media to me and we ended up disagreeing about what constituted "abuse". TBH I hadn't heard about the death threats delivered to his house, though I could guess about the racist nature of some of the abuse. I don't want to see him back at The Valley any time soon, but that sort of stuff is out of order. I'd guess that the "water off a ducks back" is in reference to that.

In terms of keeping us up, yes, he might have, but the real damage was done by Duchatelet, then Southall and Nimer, and compounded by the useless ******s at the EFL. Sorry Lyle, you're only 5th on my list.

  • Is Instagram trying to wind me up.

Why the hell would I want to follow him, surely it recognises I unfollowed him recently so I wouldn't want to re follow him lol
You don't need to follow him because as soon as he so much as breathes, it gets posted on here anyway.

For what it's worth i think we all agree with Darren Bent. We can see why he did it, we can see that Forest fans are delighted at a great free transfer, but obviously we'll never forgive him.
I don't agree with Darren Bent if you're talking about him walking out on his contract - just the wrong thing to do. Players not extending for 6 games I might be unhappy with but I can understand but as for walking out on a contract that is unforgivable for me - it says a lot about the person.
