Watched on iFollow. Thought we looked a bit shaky at the back.
We looked quality going forward and was well deserved in the end. Please we got the win as would not want Taylor worrying about the missed pen.
Loved the bit at the end where he was telling the fans in the covererd end to keep the ball haha.
Credit to Bowyer on the sub.
Onwards we march with Fosu and Billy Boy to come back

Totally agree mate. Watched on iFollow also and did look shaky at the back, especially first half.
Tireless work from Grant and Taylor again; chased a lot of long balls in the first half. Aribo had a really good first half but Ward was anonymous throughout and Cullen was unable to really stamp his authority on the game.
Make no mistake though, we would not have won this last season and everyone worked really hard. My only (subjective) criticism again is of Reeves. I just don't get it? He runs round in circles and more often than not his end product is poor! Too many attempts at cute little passes that don't seem to come off. Perhaps I look for it? I don't know.
Plymouth were no mugs either by the way and will (arguably) be disappointed they didn't get a draw. They were well set up, especially second half, and will not be fighting relegation in my opinion. Whether they can do a similar charge again like last season though I'm not sure.
West Country commentators were also very complimentary of our passing which was good to hear. Real good feel about this at the moment.
Some great, slick passing and interplay especially in the first half. Deserved the win although Plymouth looked anything but a team that is bottom of the league. Tough tackling, high energy and quite skilful going forward. Carey in particular is a very good player and I would love us to go in for him if possible - he could do well in the Championship even, which is where I hope we'll be (Roland free) next season.
I don't get the bitching about Naby Sarr on the match thread. He has cut out the silly mistakes, gave a dependable defensive display and passes the ball out of defence better than any of our other defenders. Time to cut him some slack.
Aribo was especially good in the first half but he tired badly in the second and was nowhere near as effective. I thought Lapslie might have come on to replace him to give some energy to the midfield, but you can never argue too much with four wins on the bounce.
Thought KAG was poor overall - should have laid it to Taylor for a tap in and was sleeping when we hit the post and could've tapped in. If he can sort that out and keep scoring!! Needs someone to better coach him.

But scored 2 - whoosh?
Exactly -with better coaching he'll get even more!!
great to win with a very late goal (instead of conceding for a change) .. Grant has come of age in the past few weeks .. Bowyer ? .. must be L1 manager of the month .. and soon the year we hope .. come on youse Addicks !!
I enjoyed that. Should have been 4 or 5 . Glad for just the 2 in the end though . Plymouth were shocking and if there’s a worse seam in league 1 I’d be surprised. Aribo man of the match for me . Worked tirelessly. Solly worries me . He backs of and backs off and lets the winger put the cross in every time . COYR!
Will this club ever stop putting us through the wringer? Thought the midfield were superb today, especially Reeves, (albeit at times afforded a scandalous amount of time and space by Plymouth) and I can’t remember the last time we created so many chances in a game. For it to end up being settled by the odd goal, and still have a ring clenching moment when that late Plymouth shot flashed wide, is frankly ridiculous but also oh so typically Charlton.
You have to credit the desire and belief shown by the team to keep going and get that winner. In the build up to the winning goal Solly takes a throw to Taylor out on the right 40 yards from the byline. Taylor is dumped on his arse and the ball runs to Grant who is also out by the right touch line miles from goal. Grant spreads it to Reeves, then it’s out to Page on the left, back into Reeves and Reeves crosses quickly. In that short time Taylor and Grant, rather than stand back and admire the build up like so many former strikers of ours would have done, have both managed to get to edge of the 6 yard box, both unmarked because of their arrival from deep. Great desire and a perfect example of how goalscorers make there ‘luck’.
Confidence is building and right now if Taylor doesn’t get you Grant will. Still no goals from a midfielder yet either. Someone could well be in for a spanking soon, but we do need to start taking our chances and pushing home our advantage after we ‘got away with it’ a little bit vs Bradford too.
12 pts from 12 though, and we’re being entertained with it, so would be churlish to be anything other than delighted. Keep it up boys.

Up into 6th place, 4 wins on the spin. Just wish we could win a game comfortably though.

Not knocking the match thread, of course. As ever, thanks to the contributors.
Delighted for KAG
Well done to Bow and the lads.

Pearcey got the assist for the 1st goal.
