I think punishment should occur no matter if you're in the winning team or not. Watched the Art Episode at lunch.

Jasmine was the correct sacking off the back of the Art task. Tom wasn't great but I do think he's possibly the best gamble out of the three.

Sabrina could have gone in the same episode for me, but she was bang on the money when she suggested she and Sian should have been there to sell to the corporate...

Also liked the dig at the end.
    "I'm sorry"
    "Don't worry, I'm sure it's genuine"

    Currently on the "QVC" task.
  • next weeks snippet looked amusing guy shaking his head " what are you trying to do seduce santa "

did prefer it when a job was on offer and also the minders used to get a bit more involved in slaughtering the candidates, i think last few weeks the team winning has been v lucky, last night the better team lost.

How can you say the better team lost last night ?

Daniel and bad make up woman were so much better on screen than wooden Tom and useless Khadija
Think that's dodgy plastic surgery rather than dodgy make up.

Jackie played a game and imo was sneaky I also appreciate sugar backing smaller business the only thing I don’t like it with these small firms he usually sells off his shares within a year.

Daniel to win for me now.

I didn't know that about him selling his stake

I think he or the producers need to ditch the investment bit and go back to giving one of them a job. It skews the whole thing too much and like you say, he ends up sacking people not because of how they performed on a task or how culpable for a loss they were.

Besides that I thought dragons den was about investment, if you had such a good idea and were after investment and acumen just go down that route surely
The problem is that LS's business empire isn't very exciting now, so there are few actual jobs available.

The sort of tycoons who could provide a decent job (say Mike Ashley, James Dyson) are far too busy to appear on a TV show
A zero hours contract minimum wage type of "decent job" that he's built his empire on.
  • He sacked the wrong person tonight

  • Bloke had to go, full of lies
  • "Theresa you've made a complete mess of Brexit... but I've decided to keep you in for another week"

The key thing in the UK is that nothing is allowed to make medical claims unless clinically proven. Hence all the vitamin supplements have to be very careful what they say, as NONE are clinically proven to benefit anyone except those who have a genuine deficiency, which is a tiny percentage of the population
  • So Sugar didn't pull a few strokes when he was a lad? Hypocrite. Just like Brady going on about things being too sexy when she's spent most of her life sucking up to those two porn kings.
He who is without sin etc....
Dan was the best candidate by far, what's the point of winning tasks if it doesn't count for anything? Of course he's young and rough round the edges but surely working with Sugar would allow him become more professional?
  • He let himself down with his BS though. His product should sell well... That's part of the problem - it's about a viable business, it's about the person, and it's about how they did in the show. And where there's a clash, it's unsatisfactory, as it looks like the playing field is unlevel

This 100%, surely this is where Sugar's experience comes in to support turning Dan around and getting him on the right track... as you might an apprentice...

The bit about 1 million sold worldwide was a bit of an issue.

  • Quite looking forward to Sian's new season of swimwear with sleeves.

    These are the ingredients
    Does Revival really work?

Yes! Although many other products make false claims in this space ours genuinely does work. We have been using the product for years and it has been extremely effective for us and now we are happy we can share this with you.
I'm not sure that statement can be medically justified though unless done with clinical trials.

    Is Revival Safe?

Our formulation has been made to comply with EU regulations and is extremely safe. Please always follow instructions and do not exceed 4 sachets in any 24-hour period.

Extremely safe? Surely something is safe or unsafe.

Why did they ALL cry when speaking to that one woman. That's truly pathetic and comes across as utilising the water works to sell their idea to you...
  • In fairness to Daniel, at least he appears to be doing some very careful and detailed research on his products. Because, he must have been drinking *very* heavily to have written this piece of impenetrable nonsense:

"Among the three unfair as it may seem to be, we cannot argue that women suffers worse hangovers than men. However, biology is not only the determining factor for having worse hangovers. Aside from your body, hangovers is also dependent to your level of alcohol intake. Remember hangover is a result of your drinking, so try to measure your capacity and don’t over drink if you don’t want to get that hangover".

I'd imagine they were all mentally exhausted after having their businesses trashed for the entire day
  • I love the interview episodes, they don't really serve any meaningful purpose beyond making the contestants wriggle and grizzle however I like how some (most) fall apart where others firm it out quite well

They're roasted in about three or four hours tops for the interviews episode.

Still quite a long time to be given grief. I can't last with a ten minute appraisal without wanting to spark my boss
  • Sorry, worst standard of contestants ever.
  • similar product to daniles in vegas never tried it as its a ridiculous amount you have to drink 1 bottle for every alcoholic drink
  • I want Sian to win on the basis that I reckon I couldn't spend more than half an hour in a room with Camilla without wanting to punch her in the face.
