Has there been an episode of such ineptitude in the history of The Apprentice?
The team that won should have been sent to the house with no reward for being marginally less shit than one of the shitest ever performances on the show.
I actually thought Kurran’s advert was the only not-completely-shit thing either team did. I mean, he still had to go, obviously, but frankly I think he’d have been justified firing all of them this week.
That uniform though... maybe if they were filming some air hostess porn but not for a serious business, let alone one aiming itself at tanked up 18-30s. Might as well have called themselves Sexual Assault Air.
On the other side, no one has ever managed to make an actual, intentionally, funny advert on The Apprentice - so why do they insist on keep trying to.
Shocking from both teams. Actually felt sorry for Kurran... Badly let down and as far as I'm concerned, he's the best thing on telly. Should have been kept for comedy value - if Camilla had gone, it's wouldn't have been unfair
getting v poor this series, amount of muppets unbelievable and think the wrong guy went, ultimately i preferred it when a job was on offer.
I thought the right guy went, but he wasn't mostly to blame, the project leader was. Mind you, not sure who is really showing any credentials - but who cares - Alan Sugar is a seller of crap, it doesn't matter, watching these incompetents is decent TV.
It was watching through the fingers TV, that's for sure.
I love how they are expected to charge professional fees for jobs they've clearly never done before
What strikes me is that they never seem outside their comfort zone making decisions on stuff where they are completely clueless and oblivious to the fact they look like complete idiots. I think this is the key character trait of many who rise to senior executive positions in some large UK corporates. Their key skill is in recognising the need to reward themselves for their level of self importance.

Agree. I believe it's called the Dunning-Krueger effect
how on earth did the van not going to the correct address not get brought into seems a lot more staged than usual with some awful actresses as "commerical clients"

Yes, Dunning-Kruger syndrome. I work with many people who have it (I'm sure some people would say I have it as well).
One of the reasons I am keen for my son to go to university is because I have seen a few complete planks who seem to have far more license to be complete planks before they managed to get a degree! Not saying he will be a plank like them, but it can certainly help you in life.
getting rid of Kayode was absolutely the right decision imo. he had no business sense and despite being a professional speaker didn't seem to be very good at speaking coherently. good at sales but there was no way Sugar was going to throw money at him to start a company

I wouldn’t give money to any of them ... they really are the worst yet.
Normally by now I have identified a couple who may be worthwhile contenders. This time, there are none.
As soon as Kayode started to tell the board room how much revenue his loss making contract had made for the team he had to be fired. Lost any credibility he still had at that point.
Personally think that the Sharn woman has potential. Quite like her, seems driven and probably one of the only ones who has some kind of genuine business sense.
Some tasks I feel sorry for the candidates (agree, should be a job not investment) this one was pretty easy however the type of people who go in for the apprentice were never going to do anything other than fuck it up.
Cleaning that courtyard was a piece of piss, surely, surely you would have asked 'is there an outside tap and power we can use'? Then it becomes a 30 minute clean up. And how kayode managed to not be able to pressure clean those boards even starting late took me by surprise. He was right to sack him, he struggles to speak, when it does its absolute nonsense that spews out. The next shitter to go will be the gobby woman khadeja.
The losing project manager had the right idea in buying cheap and overpricing because it was about profit. He didn't pull it off mind you but at least he got the jist and not getting jist's is what usually gets the leads the finger

I saw him at Victoria station yesterday. His arm is better at least
When he was asked about his business idea he just said "I didn't have one" which made me howl.
He was socially unaware, delusional and had a totally unwarranted confidence. Perfect foil for the apprentice in my book
I thought he was unintentionally hilarious in Rhod Gilbert's show

thats before labour costs !!
