People wanting to be offended get offended by something labeled "out of context" and years old.
So many people's heads have gone recently. Thunderflashs hurting kids, racist abuse of our own fans, abusing Taylor on twitter and now this massive overreaction to fake news.
Racist abuse of our own fans? Missed that story, sounds grim.
I don’t like digging out younger fans, but it does feel as though we have some right little shits who follow the club who are teenagers/early twenties and seemingly just want to stir up trouble with absolutely anything regarding Charlton.
I don’t remember it being like this 10-15 years ago. I know social media makes it easier for some to project this sort of nonsense sometimes, but it does feel like it’s something that is getting continually worse.
People were literally just digging him out on here. It's not 'da yoof' it's just people that don't think. People that don't think have existed alll ages
I don't think it's Charlton, I think it's society.
Totally agree. We are living in what I term a 'Love Island' society. Hooked on cheap low-grade TV, materialism and quick-fix solutions with little or no respect for others. Mild rant over.

Yeah unfortunatly someone decided to racially abuse one of our own fans at Blackburn.
Yeah, that was clever, openly shoplifting and assaulting shoppers .... all under the eye of CCTV. They not only don't think, they don't give a sh*t either.
Judging by the stat Sky Sports put on screen a few minutes ago it's just as well: since the current manager, Jan Stewart, took charge Karlan is top scorer with 7 goals. The next best is one.

*WSS shakes his head ruefully and goes back to staring at his half of mild.

Trouble is, the law won't touch them.
Ex-Addick Harry Arter starts for Fulham, who are of course managed by his brother in law Scott Parker.
30 goals in his last 52 starts across all 4 divisions, and still some people don't rate him.
Many people on here were saying that he'd leave Huddersfield in the summer as a Premiership team were bound to come in for him......
